Remarks

College management is very good and effective. Rules are a bit strict and biased towards female students. But this is done mainly for safety and security purposes and managing almost 30,000 students on the campus is done efficiently by the management.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The exam structure is based on CATs and FATs. CAT is the internal exams that happen 2 times in a semester. FAT is the final exam. Students face a lot of pressure but this makes them a person who can handles pressure and knows how to manage time evenly. It is relevant and based on the courses that are being taught only. It is fair most of the times but students face difficulty in some situations.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are the best part of the college. There is a job opportunity for everyone regardless of the stream of the person. Good companies come to take many students for good packages and some companies give as high as 40L.

College Events

4

The college is known for celebrating its fests at a grand level. There are 2 major fests that take place one in the odd semester, the technical fest, Gravitas. And the other in the even semester, Riviera. Both have amazing events and performances by some of the well-known faces of the country. Students get a lot of exposure and get to know a number of things.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure is feasible only and only if the student gets an appropriate rank in the VITEEE exam. This is important for the student to determine what they want to do i.e what branch they want to pursue because the fee structure varies according to the branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

According to the rank of the student, the scholarship is offered to them of 2L and 1L. This depends on the scoring in the VITEEE rank. But these criteria changes every year.

Campus Life

4

Campus Life is restricted by timings. The gender ratio is pretty bad, for every 10 boys, there is a girl. Extracurricular activities are very good. Sports facilities and laboratories of various kinds are present. Speech clubs, debate organisations, MUN, many other clubs and IEEE verified chapters are present that motivate students to take part in them.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facilities are good. Hygiene is maintained throughout and cleanliness is a major concern for the college facilities and staff. The hostel also gives the option of different kinds of mess that you want, providing veg, non-veg and Jain food as well.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. Alumni network of our college is very strong and wide. Seniors always provide valuable information regarding all the college and placement process.

Admission

The admission process is based on the VITEEE score. According to the rank, the students are called to the campuses. There they have the opportunity to take any of the 4 campuses. The process takes place in the month of April and the formalities are completed by June and college starts by July.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties of the college are good and knowledgeable. Sometimes they are biased for the south Indian students. But mostly they are all fair and square. Equally, the opportunity is provided for everyone. Proper classes and doubt sessions are taken for a better understanding of the students.

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
