Remarks

Good remarks is the department members and the student are really good even the seniors one and teachers cooperate you just like your friend. They understand the situation of yours if your are in any problems and help you to get out of it.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Exam structure was well maintained, transparent evaluation and also help me in gaining thought seeking process. It helps me to think logically and sensibly. There is workshops organised by department for the development of knowledge of students. There occurs tour also, I visited in Orissa's Bhubaneswar in CIFA for aquarium fish culture training of 4 days.

Placement Experience

4

College placement is 80-85% and also in many departments there is great internships opportunity in reputed areas, organisation etc.

College Events

4.5

In our college many or I can say multiple events occur. Some of them are:- 1) Annual college fest 2) DJ nights 3) Departmental festival 4) Indian festival 5) Departments foundation day 6) Actors, Singer etc are also invited in our college for their performance and alsoany more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is not so much in this college it ranges around 8k-13k depends on department but fees is really feasible for middle class family. Also there is facility of student scholarship depend on his/her parents annual income For my department the fee is nearly 11000/- only and they accept cash in my time but now they may also accept payments digitally You don't have to give any additional charges for any things no surcharge nothing to secure admission. Admission process is totally based on merit of the student in his 12th standard marks. The fees structure is transparent in nature.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes I avail the scholarship on the basis of my parents annual income. For this we have to fill the form and attached all relevant documents for supporting our points which we mentioned in the form The scholarship ranges between Rs 1800 to Rs 3000/-

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is ready the osm life we can enjoyed alot this is the golden period of our where we can not follow any body orders the teachers students college staff all are cooperative and humble. Gender ratio is almost equal and there is no partiality between the them. The election process is also transparent and without any pressure on voters. There is especially ZERO tolerance to the one who misbehave or cross the limit of students. Zero tolerance for discrimination against race caste, religion, gender. Anybody found indulge in these activities may debarred from college and also leads to jail. There is lots of extracurricular activities, events organised by various others colleges and also interdepartmental tournament also happens between colleges with various games. Varoisy debates also organised there especially for the benefit of society.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes absolutely they all are very helpful and cheerful. College seniors are definitely humble and cooperative. You can seek help from them anytime they are ready. Also they often organised parties for their juniors.

Admission

First I cleared the cutoff(merit basis) of this college for my choices course in first cutoff. I always interested in studying human physiology and it's process so I took the admission in zoology department. When I first entered the college I really feel somewhat frieghtend as first time I came alone for seeking admission outside home. Then a person from life science department 2nd year came near to me and politely asked "You are looking for admission procedure" I replied in slow voice-"Yes", he smiled and said don't get worried and no need to get frieghtend we all are here to help you guys,be fearless. But still I was somewhat confused, but then he asked which department you are looking for then I said zoology Then he along with me went to zoology department and tell me that this is the department and he said to me.Don't be frieghtend and he instructed one person from department to take care of me. When I was seeking the admission the teachers there were also like family members they talk to us just like our parents and friends. When my admission process over, the same guy who took me to zoology department meet me and asked have you got the admission. I said- yes with smiling face. He said great. Then he took me to cafeteria area and just provide me details of college and it's various departments, games etc. And after that when I was leaving he provide me his number and said "if any problem during admission in future contact me". I felt really happy with his behaviour and also when I met other persons they are also very humble and cooperative.

4.5

There is sufficient number of lecture's available for every course and also the faculty are all PhD and aged between 29-45. They clarify each and every topic even if it a smaller one. They help each and every student in the class and even after the classes also. We can either access them in department or after classes or by email or thourough cell phones.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Life science includes zoology botany and chemistry considering this combo I think the study material is quite okay in terms of topics chemistry connects school teaching with one step ahead learning . Zoology provides new insights on various topics . Botany covers deeper understanding of syllabus . So overall it's good . Hands on lab work meets the demand of the subject . Also the topics taught match with the type of questions asked in exam. Difficulty level i would say it's moderate for botany and zoology but for chemistry is quite tough. Time management is a much needed skill for examination purpose. For course curriculum i would say more focus on current situation should be laid rather than history .

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.
