Entrance Preview

There were not any entrance tests for Delhi University colleges for undergraduate courses. I qualified an admission on merit basis i.e. on the percentage scored in 12th standard.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It was good. There were 36 subjects in total that we had to study for, during the course of three years, We got to read a variety of subjects. We got to hone our skills in various arenas. There was also a project work in the last semester. We had to gain knowledge on a particular topic and prepare a file documenting the same.

Internships Opportunities

College internship was good. However I did not go for any internship. I was an outstation student so it was important for me to go back home during vacations.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement and job opportunities are great too. All big 4 companies namely Deloitte, KPMG, EY and PWC had come to our college for campus placements. Apart from these, companies like Genpact, Career Launcher, Wipro and other such had also come fro placements. The packages offered were around 4-5 lacs.

College Events

5

We used to have our annual fests. Every year, there used to be a 3 day event, where the first day usually was a hostel night. People from other colleges were also welcome to be a part of this event. There used to be dance and party. The last used to the final event when some famous singer would come.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was very feasible. Our college's annual fees was only Rs. 7,000 maximum. Which included the fees for our semester exams too. It was always very reasonable to pay such less fees.

Campus Life

3.5

There used to be so many activities. Campus life was as amazing as ever. There used to be different kinds of competitions somewhere or the other. During February, when it used to be the time for different college's fests.

Exam Structure

We had 25 marks every semester, for each paper for internal tests. And 75 marks for final exams. We used to have either 2 tests(10 marks each) or 1 test and one assignment (10 marks each) and 5 marks for overall attendance in that semester. These internal tests didn't leave us with a hectic schedule as such. It was still manageable.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty was great. We had the best teachers and professors. they were so knowledgeable. there was a mix of teachers in the faculty. There were middle aged teachers too and teachers just a few years older. They were always so friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.
