The people are quite helpful. The only thing is you have to follow certain norms and conditions.

The course curriculum is very good because if you got admission in vit in any branch, let's say chemical engineering then you don't have just to study chemical engineering core subject but you also have to study some cse course to such as python, object-oriented programming and Java etc. The laboratory is superb. Every faculty in our college is engaged in research. Lab faculty is chilled sometimes but at last you have to study to pass the FAT exam (Final Assessment Test).

Placement is almost 100%. If an individual does not find any job then that individual ends up getting placed in TCS or CTS or Infosys. Our college provides internship like reliance company gave some internship offer to our senior. but I am in my first year so I can't explain much about that.

The Vellore campus hosts two annual college fests, Riviera, a sports and cultural fest, and GraVITas, a technological and design fest. The Chennai campus organizes the cultural fest Vibrance and the technical fest techno vet. These are some of the events which vitian celebrate.

Yes, our college does offer a scholarship. Ranks 1-10, 000 get a scholarship of 50, 000per year and 10000-20000 get a scholarship of 25000per per year. Students are also given scholarships of 1000-5000 depending on academic achievements in an academic year.

I got admission through Merritt they conducted an entrance exam in that I got good rank so I choose I interesting department for admission without anyone pressure & also they preview my documents properly & collected my all original documents & provided at the end of the semester

Some faculty is really good and ready to teach you anything. But some of them are not. Almost 90% of the faculty are Ph.D. holders from IIT or Isc Bangalore. they are good at research all of them are doing research in their own field. They are from various parts of the world. They will motivate us and they will encourage us to do research.
