ChrIST is a reputed institute in Bangalore, there are two chances to get into Christ, I applied for a. Masters program in Christ and got a date for interview and entrance exam through email. And I had a entrance first followed by an interview, and got a confirmation email on the same day. Within 7 days I confirmed my admission.
On an average per subject we get adequate lectures of around 30 classes. In case of any shortage extra classes are also arranged for the students. Teaching staff is very supportive and qualified to resolve student issues. Teachers are highly qualified and posses a good level of industry exposure

From 8th-semester students become eligible for placement in companies. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Mahindra, Capgemini, pinnacle, L&T, etc. visit the college and offer packages depending upon student's skills. The highest package goes up to 15 l.p.a. and the lowest package goes up to 2.5 l.p.a. and companies offering abroad give more than 30 l.p.a. Almost every year more than 95% of students are placed in the college. I am planning to study M.Tech. in electrical engineering from IIT, Bombay.
Well in our department that is civil engineering most of the people don't sit for placement as they have prior plans of fighting for competitive papers or for doing Mtech in IIT Therefore opt for GATE and so there are very few companies that come for placement in our field but talking about other fields like cs and it there are many companies that visit our college and get peoples from there uh the highest paying package till date is around 300000 which is gained by a CS student and my plans after college is of doing Masters and so I am not thinking of placement.
In my course CSE there are 3 sections from that there are 150 students and out of that 95% of students are placed. The highest package was offered by the company is a 25 lakh - 35 lakh CTC and the lowest package which was offered by the company is 3.5 lakh per CTC. Our college is a gem hidden in the Aravalis. One should definitely think about joining it, it has the perfect balance of academics and extra curricular activities. I myself was the university captain and learnt a lot about leadership.
