Remarks

They are lots of positive points about the college. Student needs to utilize the given opportunity in the right manner so that it very benefits for the student. There are many cultural and technical fest conducted in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was according to the standards of the teaching. The course curriculum of the SRM University is different from any other colleges or universities. The exams will be conducted semester-wise.

Placement Experience

The placements and job opportunities in the college will be started in the final year of the degree before completing our graduation. We can do an internship in any companies or industries some likely are given the stipend or not

College Events

Every semester a big cultural and technical fest will be conducted in our college which will be up to 4 days. The AARUSH will be conducted in the odd semester and the MILAN will be conducted in the even semester.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the SRM University is very expensive when comparing to any other private colleges and universities in India. Because of the faculties and infrastructure of the campus, it will be like that.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I didn't have got any scholarships from the college or outside from the college. And also I didn't take any loans to complete my BTech degree at the SRM University. I know a little bit about the scholarship and loan facility which were offered by the college.

Campus Life

The many sports and games which are conducted by the college frequently we can join it very likely. The labs are very much advanced and costly when compared to the other colleges. The study of the theoretical knowledge is gained in labs.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, I have opted for the hostel for 3 years. Now I am in my final year and also staying in a hostel. The hostel facilities are very nice and the food is very nice which will be like south or north. The rooms are very spacious.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

There are many alumni associations in the college. They always stay in touch with the students and they give very good advice about the future what to do and they provide lots of information about the course.

Admission

I have attended the counseling which was conducted by the college to get admission. There was the selection process of the required branch to study by the student according to the score of the entrance exam.

Faculty

The faculty of our college are having degrees and Ph.D.'s from the very big universities and colleges. The faculty can handle any subject in a classic way which will be very much conveyed to the student.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

Likes

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation
