Remarks

As I am not selected in any government college, So there is the only option of private college then I searched several one but landed here in this college. What I like, actually I like everything about this college because before joining college I was totally dull, but as I am in the final year I am very sound related to everything, so I want to thank my college.

Course Curriculum Overview

In my opinion, everything is good, Curriculum must be changed as per the changing industry, As computer science industry is a very dynamic industry, so curriculum should be dynamic. So Lucknow is not an IT hub so, if I talk about industrial exposure then we just visited BSNL, UP 100 POLICE CONTROL ROOM so, I don't think visiting such sites matters for a CS guy. Faculty is well educated, many of them are PhD and from best colleges like IIT's, NITs.

Internships Opportunities

Actually, it was a paid internship so no stipend, I have done training On the INTERNET OF THINGS from C-DAC MOHALI.

Placement Experience

So many good IT companies visited our college this year some among them are, SAP TCS WIPRO COGNIZANT HCL so placement is as per commitment, and if you are an average student then u will get placed, so placement is fine.

College Events

If I talk about the fest, India is country of festivals, therefore our college also a college of the fest, we have Anubhuti, Star Night, DJ Night, Dandia Nights, Holi Celebration and many more in the list. In Anubhuti fest we invite each and every college of Lucknow to participate and this is the biggest fest of my college. Star Night is the last day of Anubhuti, College invites some famous singers this day.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, loan as well as a scholarship provided by our college, I was not taken any loan but I received scholarship 3 times during these 3 last years of academics. Scholarship totally depends on state government.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is not completed yet, because college starts in 2014 and many buildings are still in the construction phase. But, 4 main buildings and hostel are running, class infrastructure, labs, hostels, canteen, everything is well equipped and up to the mark.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, I lived in hostel 2 years, in a room we 3 lived there, the room had 3 chairs and 3 tables there were two wings A and B and for both wings, there were separate washrooms. Wi-Fi and 24/7 electricity, overall our hostel was good.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

My college life was a rollar coaster comedy life.

Likes

The first aspect of the college that I would like to appreciate was the class size but apart from that the infrastructure like class bench were not in proper condition which truly need to be in concern like many sideways.
The learning facility of the college like in terms of infrastructure and and the resources were really good and faculty where also the supporting too much.
The effectiveness of placement services and the support provided for career advice advancement I would like to say most of the student where Got placed in very reputable position in company which you can also locate them on LinkedIn ID they are .

Dislikes

The first thing that I don't like about the colleges the they say that there is 100% placement which is completely not whether it is our college or other College it's never up to the mark.
Second thing I didn't dislike about the colleges that the mindset of student they were it's okay that they were competitive but like they were the kind of leg pulling person throughout the semester they didn't like to see somebody gaining more.

Placement Experience:

Speaking about the campus placement and internship opportunity the company visit for this college campus where not so good like they were decent labeled but not that high profile company apart from this the college also provided internship for deserving candidate where applying and most not always getting but let me tell you you have to also work hard no college used to give complete internship and placement either it's our college or you can take another college also the same condition so if you are thinking guaranteed internship and college placement so I would like to recommend work hard, if you literally want on campus placement. Don't get this pointed if you are not getting placement from college you can apply for self help also as it is a digital AI and lots of job companies like LinkedIn and reputable websites are also there to apply for just I would like to say build your skill ,upskill yourself throughout the college semester period workout also on your psychic like body posture and good looking and personality developing developing which is most important criteria plus charm in the job purpose and you will give a good status.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

There is so much happening in college that it gets a little bit confusing sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because its really a noble profession and I would like to contribute by best into this course. The curriculum preparess me for the real world applications really well especially moot courts. The teaching methods of the teachers are really fun and engaging they interact with the whole class. Makes it easy to understand the subject. No improvemnets needed right now. The exams are of moderate level and of 2hrs max internals and helps in improving.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

Amazing college!

Admission:

To get admission, I had to first fill application form and then pay a small fee for applying to the college, then after submitting the marks scored in 10+2, students were called for a campus interview upon which the students were selected.

I chose this college over others because of its balanced focus on ACADEMICS, PLACEMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACULTY SUPPORT, which felt more student-centric compared to the other colleges i applied to. BUILDING MY CAREER AT SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY.

choosing college is one of the biggest decision we makes.When I was looking at option in and around locknow,I applide to a few big names like AMITY UNIVERSITY ,BABU BANARSHI DAS UNIVERSITY AND SRMU.Here is my personal take on why i choose SRMU because When i compared my options, I looked at three main things ROI (value for money), campus vibes and academic pressure. Amity has high fees and have top MNC but very high competion on other hand SRMU has moderate fees and have strong mass recruitment. I initially aimed for AKTU GOVERMENT COLLEGE through JEE MAINS but MY JEE rank was not high enough for top-tier goverment branchs that's why i choose SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY because The curriculum is updated and the faculty is supportive.For admission in ug courses you need 45-50% in class 12th and also accepted JEE MAINS ,CUET AND SRMUSET....Read More
