Remarks

I wanted to pursue Electrical and Electronics and VIT provides one of the best facilities in our country for this course. It is in top 10 in India and in top 300 worldwide. The teachers are great, labs are pretty awesome and it has a fantastic placement record.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers are great, labs are pretty awesome and it has a fantastic placement record. Syllabus is up to date and they're ever updating it. You can opt for different subjects according to your own will, the curriculum is very flexible and supporting.

Course Fees: INR 680000 per year

Placement Experience

VIT has one the placement records throughout our country, the average salary ranges from 6lpa to 7 lpa and maximum goes upto 42lpa (given be Microsoft) we've more than 500 companies coming for placements and almost no one goes without a single job offer.

College Events

VIT is known for its fantastic campus life be it events or fests. We have two fests every year and they're among the top ranked fests all over India. We have more than 100 clubs and you can join any according to your wish. The experience is very enriching.

Campus Life

Despite being a private college all the provided facilities can rival any of the top government colleges. Library is huge, you can find all sorts of books there. We have plenty of food outlets where you can find all sorts of food items and labs are simply awesome.

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
