1. The brand name of VIT 2. Just second to BITS Pilani in private colleges 3. Excellent placements 4. Latest technology equipped labs 5. Well updated syllabus unlike colleges in the North which follow the old syllabus.

Product Analyst Intern at Hitwicket (gaming Start-up)- Stipend= 15000, Full time= 8.5 lpa

Placement Experience

Over 700 company visit for approximately 4000 students. From top companies like Samsung, Apple, Google, Microsoft which offer packages >40 LPA to TCS, Cognizant which offer 3.5-4 LPA; all the major companies visit the campus.

I was a part of various clubs. We get to learn a lot on campus through the clubs and chapters. There are two fests every year- one cultural and technical each. Stars like Kiara Advani have come to the college.

Campus Life

Free wifi in hostels, AC/non-AC rooms available as per choice. Spacious rooms, mess food is satisfactory. 2 basketball courts, 1 hockey ground, Tennis ground, football ground, Cricket ground, Table tennis, 3 badminton courts available

Hostel Facilities

A total of 3 hostels are there, each 16-floored. You get cool drinking water on each of the floors. There is a badminton court inside the hostel. Rooms are of three settings- 2,3 and 4 bedded with AC and Non-AC variants in each.

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
