Remarks

It was my last chance for jee mains. I got a good rank. My uncle suggested. I got the CSE branch also. It was a top private college at that time. Wonderful campus.Indoor gym. Diverse culture.People from around the country and globe.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

For subjects like CAO, TOC, Microprocessor, parallel programming it was not updated. Yes, industrial exposure was there but at your own cost. Faculties were average like all colleges. Aleka Mishra was one of the good faculty.

Placement Experience

4.5

The offers are divided into 2 parts- dream (7-10lpa)and super dream(10+lpa). Shortlisted was done based on CGPA. Some by placement cell and others by companies. First-round would be online technical, then elimination, 2-3 more rounds. It may take a whole day for an interview. Top companies like Microsoft, PayPal Deshaw, Amazon hired 10% of students.70% would get dream offers. The placement cell was very supportive. They still call you after graduation for placement opportunities.

College Events

4

Campus life was lit. There was a cultural fest called Riviera and technical fest Gravitas. They used to sponsor celebrities mostly singers, comedians, and sports people. They go on for 3-4 days. Cultural costs some money of course while technical workshops are free.

Campus Life

4.5

Almost all Sports facilities were available. But some of the equipment went missing.10GB data for a month was provided. Wi-Fi would shut down at 12:30 pm. The library was huge. And all kinds of books were available. All equipment was available in all labs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
