Remarks

It is the one of the best engineering college in India. And the best engineering college in India.Good Academics.Good CompetitionCET Toppers from Maharashtra comes to this college to pursue engineering.Good Placements record.There are almost 34 clubs in the college which includes technical and non technical clubs.Autonomous College.Extra curricular development.One of the few colleges in India to provide B-tech in Metallurgical Engineering.Therefore I opted for this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course curriculum is updated.As everyone is moving towards Python for programming language. Our college made Python course compulsory for First Year students.We have maths subject for all the 8 semesters.We also have Biology compulsory for every second year student.We also have subjects Professional Communication, Professional Ethics, Entrepreneurship development, Environmental studies etc.Atul Patil sir the teacher of the course Professional Communication is one of my favourite.

Placement is conducted smoothly.Companies from various fields comes to or College for Placements such asCompanies in steel and Ironmaking.Multinational IT companies, Consulting Companies, Automobile companies etvAlumini network is very efficient for job referrals.

College Events

Our College has 4 flagship events.1) MindSpark: It is the technical festivals of our College. The biggest technical fest of Maharashtra after Techfest. It is a 3 days festival and has a footfall of 150002) Regatta: It is unique boat club festival of our College. It is celebrated on the river which is there in our campus. It includes activities such as Rowing, Telematches, Mashal Dance. It is 92 years old festival of our college.3) Zest: It is the sport Festival of our College. It is the fifth largest sport Festival of India. Various students from all over Maharashtra comes to compete in this fest. 30 different sports are held in this fest. It is a 4 day fest and has a footfall of 12000.4) Impression: It is the Cultural Festival of our College. It is a 3 days fest and has a football of 8000.5) Pune Startup Fest: It is the fest started by E-Cell ( Entrepreneurship Cell ) club in which startup in various fields comes to our College and explain their products to students/ visitors. Investors also comes to this fest and invest in the startups.

Fees and Financial Aid

Various scholarships are availed to the students belonging to poor family.Also loan facility is provided by the College.Also Alumni association of our college provides the scholarship for the needy students.

Campus Life

Our campus infrastructure is good.We have Wifi in our whole campus with good Bandwidth with 1GB per day.We have all the sports facilities for every sport. Library size is good.Laboratory equipments are up to date.

Hostel Facilities

The Rent of our Hostel is Rs 30000 per year.Almost 70 % of the College students get the college hostel.Hostel Infrastructure is good.We have very good Internet facility.( Wifi and Lan connection both)We have Gym, stationary store, mess in our hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

A Creative experience with scope and fun

Likes

the collage offers a goodenvironment and a huge campus with opportunities to work on design projects and improve practical skills
the design focuses exposure to different design tools
they help making you industry ready and help learn portfolio development

Dislikes

they can improve there placement opportunity and exposure
more practical workshop with professionals
improved campus facilitits would make the overall experience better

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cource curriculum is one of the main reason i chose deign as it combine everything creativity research problem solving etc it helped students develope there skills . the project based approach is usefull. the can improve by including more live industry projects and internship upadated tools. the workload is challenging that we have multiple submissions together somtimes.

Collage has every aircraft parts and equipment
This collage also has there personal aircraft is leatjet 25 B fully working condition

Our collefe has a 100 percent placement it has tie ups with indigo,air india,star air which is good and best companies in india.so this is the reason I chose this college.and i love this college personally

Environment in college is so good we are encouraged and everything is well in discipline
Infrastructure of the college is best also they maintain hygiene everywhere possible
Teachers aree good and supportive, they help and explain us and are there for us whenever needed

Dislikes

Campus is small this is the only issue I guess

Placement Experience:

As I am currently in my first year, I cannot comment on the actual placement results yet. I plan to develop my coding skills, work on practical projects, and participate in internships and hackathons to improve my employability. My goal is to secure a good placement in the IT industry after completing my B.Tech in Computer Science.

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

What ISDI is like

Likes

The college has excellent infrastructure and management.
Teachers are a hit or miss. There’s mostly rookie teachers for the first years but as you select your specialization, you’ll only be dealing with a specific set of teachers. Some of them are extremely experienced and some are okay-okay.
The college has excellent industry connections. There’s no better place to network as a student in Mumbai. They have people visiting from all over the world and master classes and talks occurring every now and then.

Dislikes

They’ve increased their intake of students massively. The campus is becoming way too crowded for so many people. They’ve expanded campus into some floors in the hostel which is right across the street.
Everything in the college is slowly getting more and more expensive. They charge large unnecessary fines for things like not bringing your hall ticket or a new ID card or for exam rechecking.
Canteen is wayy too expensive for students like us

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are very good and they have people coming from a diverse range of companies. I am a second year student so I don't know about the exact packages. I plan to identify my strengths by 4th year and get a job in that sector.

Loved the teaching as well as non teaching staff.
Very good class rooms.Spacious,well ventilated and techo sound

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike in Bharati Vidyapeeth
One cannot hate Bharati Vidyapeeth.It is ideal
It have all in one courses here.One cannot hate it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BAMS course is undergraduate level course that helps students in mastering in field of ayurveda.This is 4.5 years course.Ayurveda is reaching beyond seas.People have starting accepting Ayurveda and considering it as proper treatment rather than just considering it as therapy.Thus,BAMS aspirants surely have bright future

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally, I don't think it's all that great. The faculties don't care enough. They don't provide quality education and have no helping nature. The exams were kept online after the covid-19 conclusion because they have taken some code-tantra subscriptions. They compromise the quality of education for their benefit and aim at earning money.

Mumbai university is one of the well known university in India and the college I got through cap rounds,it is a good college but it didn't fulfilled my expectations.As of it was a neceesity to take admission somewhere in some good college,I took admission here.

Cut off for General category was 96.5%tile in cet and 89%tile for jee, for spot round general was about 94.5%tile for cet and 86%tile for jee For reseravtion OBC benefit is about 15000/- but students taken admission from spot are not eligible for benefits.
