The college has a vibrant campus which is green and clean. It provides opportunities for both curricular and co curricular activities. There is no ragging. The college grooms our personality and prepares us for the competitive world. It empowers girls from all caste and religion. There are many fests and events conducted. It gives us freewill to voice out our opinions and ideas.
Course Curriculum Overview
Mount Carmel college has experienced, skilled and approachable faculty. My 1st semester bba just started and my professor started from basics to make us understand better. As I have done my pu from mcc as well I can say that the syllabus was fully updated and all new technologies were adapted to make learning easier and interesting. We had good exposure as many talented speakers were invited every week to have interactive session.
Placement Experience
Mcc has placement cell. The companies like Amazon,Biocon, INT, KPMG, EY, Delloite visit for placements.
College Events
MCC is known for its fests. Cul- ah is one of the biggest fests of Bangalore. We have different associations for performing ( Indian dance, western dance, indian music, western music, street dance, photography and many more ),sports association and language associations. We also have ncc and nss. We have both intercollege and intercollege fests very often.
Campus Life
The college campus is vast with many trees and cleanliness is also maintained. We have a basketball court, vatika (garden) and a gym. There is a food court which has all varieties of food and can fulfill your cravings. The library is really big which includes books related to academics and all genres. There is access to wifi as well. It has a divine Chapelle. The campus is full of positive vibes. The auditorium is fantastic. Lab is furnished with all new technologies and equipments.
