Remarks

We choose this college because I wasn't select in iit college for computer science even in nit so i came here . No doubt the college is nice . It's campus is large it was very old college. It have old times machinery, boiler. But bad about this college was Infrastructure. College's infrastructure was not so good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose computer science & engineering for placement & I have also in this field. A sufficient no. Of faculty their. The faculty was good. They teach us well, understanding. There are two midterms in one semester and you attend the class only you can pass in mid terms

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 26000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement in this college was good. Averg. Package was about 3-4 lakhs and maximum package was about 20 lakhs. 90 %placement

Fees and Financial Aid

For general student fees was 26000 per year . Yes there is opportunity of getting scholarship if you have percent in 12th class was above 75 %. If you are obc student & your father's income was below 3 lakhs scholarship of 30000 was here.

Campus Life

There are so many clubs in jec college for example music club, act club, writing club and so on. There is a big library. All kind of book are available. Their is also a sports tournament. Jlug the Instagram page run by students of this college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility was nice. Admission in hostel is on the basis of jee mains rank. Hostel has private mess, it has wifi router for internet

I like the faculty of Gyan ganga college of Technology. They are very good.
I like the campus of college and it is very clean comparing to other institutes.
I like the placement given by our college and also rate of placement.

Dislikes

There is nothing about my college which I disliked
i like everything about my college and it is very good

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester studentd are eligible for placement in companies like google microsoft cisco etc. the highest package is 51 lpa and average package is 3.5 lpa. percentage of students getting placed 70%. i plan to get a high package after comnpleting my degree

Likes

Faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful in academics , exam, and projects. Teaching focuses on fundamentals and practical understanding
The campus has good classrooms , labs , library, and sports facilities .The environments is friendly and suitable for learning.
The placement cell is active and provides training for aptitudes, and interviews. The curriculum is relevant and helps builds a strong technical base.

Dislikes

Industry exposure and live projects opportunities can be improved .
More companies can be invited for placements
i don't thing there's anything i don't like now

1. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. 2. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and other IT/ services firms visit the campus regularly and make multiple offers. 3. The average package ranges between ?4-?5 LPA, while the highest package goes up to ?12 to18 LPA for top performers.

My college experience has been satisfied.The college provide a dicilled academic environment.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is good but need aware about to clean washrooms of college and need maintaince in lab.This is irrectculas.

In my opinion I chose this course because my some family members are also do this course and his placement is good in this sector how much he thinks he gets . Therefore I do this course and his placement in our city this is also quite enough to chose this course and mainly I didn't score good marks in jee to get other branches this is also one of region.

Likes

The clubs in the college are good. There are specific club for coding , for robotics, for music and dance.
The placement in the college is also good . If you give some efforts then you will get a good placement.
The curriculum and syllabus of the college is up-to-date and industry oriented.

Dislikes

The college did not have its own campus, so currently it regulates from inside MANIT.
The girls to boys ratio is very poor. In my batch there are only 18 girls among 650 students.
The fees of the college is also very high

Placement Experience:

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

I really like cleanliness in washroom and also in the college. I really like trees in college.
Faculty was really good and my subject teacher was teaching in a right way.
In this college the boys and girls in the ratio of 3:1.

Dislikes

Uniform is not allow in this college. I have no many clothes to wear day by day.
I don't like college timing. In winter season timing was not good.
Our campus is very small. And college fest is very less in this college.

Placement Experience:

In 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited in this college like Wipro, Cisco, infosys, etc. Highest package in this college is 20 lakhs. Average package is 5 lakhs My plans after getting the degree is getting good job.

No strict policy for maintaining 75% attendance criteria but you should maintain at least of 60%
No dress code you can wear casual dresses to in the class but you will have to wear formals only in

The class length is very high and there are 80 students In a class in the class size is small and congested
The infrastructure is very bad as it won't providing basic necessity

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college are decent as the average package is of 6.5 LP which is good as compared to the fees you are paying almost 90% of a students gets placedd from here the companies including TCS and Wipro come here

My college is good and the placements and the package is also good

Washroom and not in well conditions and watercolor is also not working
College timeing because the time is not fixed

The college student are eligible for placements when they are in 8 the sem because my mtech course is 5 years and when student clear the 7 the sem they are eligible for set in placements and The college placements are good and the highest package is 1corore12 lakh and the average packages is 6 to 7 lakh

Placement Experience:

Placements in college are quite good if we compare them with other similar state government engineering colleges. It has a separate TPO (training and placement office) cell which helps students in their placements. Some quite good companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus for placements. Around 40% of students get placed every year. The highest being 11 LPA. Core competencies the lowest 3.5 LPA salary offered in IT sector companies. Reliance, LNT, Infosys were the top recruiters. Every year students go for internships in BHEL NTPC etc. Companies ( around 30%) Other 70% students go for local transmission plant as the internship is compulsory for everyone. Students organize cultural activities.

I chose Jabalpur Engineering College over many other private colleges as it is government aided and quite affordable . Also , we can get Medhavi scholarship and hence education is free in these 4 years. I also applied for SGSITS and IET-DAVV but got a rejected due to insufficient score in JEE - MAINS.
