First of all Hindu College is one of the best colleges in Delhi University getting into Hindu College seems to be a pride a student takes. Everyone knows the faculty of Hindu College is among the top faculties in India. The compounds of the college is full of energy and liveliness.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is updated and is formed by the University and the colleges do not have a say in it.But they do tend to modify the time tables an add on few topics so that we students are well acquainted to various subjects.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement cell Abhyas drives top recruiters to recruit from the college. My course does not provide any sort of placement.

College Events

4.5

The crowd of Hindu College is well known. Various events, fests, workshop and seminar are conducted which drive a large number of crowd to the college. Every society and department has its own fest and the annual fest is also conducted in a luxurious and grand way.

Campus Life

There is 24 into 7 Wi-Fi facility which provides a limited amount of Wi-Fi to every student. The library is spacious and has records and works of old well as new versions. Hindu College is one of the best colleges regarding sports sports facilities are better than other colleges. Most of the labs have equipments.

Infrastructure. very nice infrastructure, hightech
Location, in dwarka near to sec 11 metro station and near to gurugram
Crowd that come is good and decent. intelligent people.

Dislikes

limited campus space compared to other bschools
limited hostel availability options available
Heay Academic workload, especially during mid terms

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is relevant and mostly what the market wants in future and whats coming ahead for us. Python is taught as its going to be huge ahead and other things are also added. There is not much gap between mid term and end term as trimester are short.

LBSIM- In depth review

Likes

We have well maintained library with more than 40000 books and documents, there are study cabins and all facilities required to have a productive day
There ample opportunites provided to students to amp up their game. The clubs and societies themselves take initiative to provide certifications to students, more than case comps are floated and students are encouraged to take part in them
The level of discipline and commitment expected of us is very similar to the other top MBA colleges, multiple assignments, deadlines, case submissions etc. The curriculum also requires students to make use of resources like Bloomberg and prowess.

Dislikes

The quality of cohort can be better. The quality is deteriorating from the senior batch to the juniors
Not being a residential insititute is a big challenge, as the load of work is the same as any residential insitute but most students also have additional buden of travelling which becomes very taxing in the long run.
There is some level of politics that goes on in student societies which can become toxic sometimes.

Placement Experience:

The college actively provides placement support, students are eligible for placements from the first trimester itself. Last year more than 150 companies took part in the placement process. The highest offer made was 24 LPA and the average was 12.32 LPA. 99% of the 2026-2028 batch got placed by April 2026.

Social interaction is good in this college
Greenery around the campus, fresh air comes directly

Dislikes

Infrastructure could have been more better
The college seriously needs a renovation

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, the curriculum is quite good and covers the main subjects needed for B.Pharm. I chose this course because it gives a good mix of pharmaceutical theory and practical knowledge. The practical classes help in understanding the concepts better and the course provides a useful foundation for further studies and future jobs in the pharmaceutical field.

Inside Hindu College : Beyond NIRF 1

Apart from Hindu College, i applied for a admission in Chemistry hons course at Banaras Hindu University and Allahabad University and I got the confirmed admissions in both but I chose Hindu College over others bcz of its reputation, NIRF topper(NIRF 1 all over India),etc. No, I didn't get any rejection from any college i applied for. To get admission in Hindu College, you need to appear for the CUET exam and get a good score, the the Delhi University opens its admission portal as DU-CSAS on which u need to register and apply for a seat and the process contains three phases : Phase 1 - Form Filling, Phase 2 - Preference Filling, Phase 3 - Result of the Allocation...Read More

Insight into DU college

We get admission in most of the college now through CUET exam which is held in May and based on your score in that exam and cutoff of colleges we get admission. My first preference was St.Stephan college but didn't got that it's cutoff was 698/800 while hindu college cutoff was 692/800 so I got Hindu college. Most prefered courses are BA Honors , Bcom that is why cutoff of these courses is high while science courses cutoff is less comparatively. In terms of colleges North Campus college such Stephan ,Hindu ,SRCC ,Hansraj ,Miranda have high cutoff as compared to South Campus colleges....Read More

Beginning of a new life- Hindu College

I choose this college as it got the NIRF rank 1 in 2024. The college is very diverse in terms of courses and students. The college has a campus area of around 25 acre. I have applied for the other colleges of north campus too but Hindu College was my first priority. I got it in the first round of common seat allocation system so I didn't need to bother to choose other colleges. I have to give cuet exam so that I can take admission in Delhi University. The eligibility for my course was to study mathematics till 12th class and the student who has given maths exam in cuet and 2 other subject and 1 language exam. Then the cutoff for this course comes in various colleges. College and course are allotted on the CSAS portal of Delhi University. Then the students have to accept that seat and pay the fees....Read More

"My Experience at Hindu College : A full review of Academic , Social , Campus life and beyond"

The reason why I chose my current college that's Hindu College is because firstly the hype around it for being No.1 which I feel it certainly lived upto and furthermore it has the best infra in entire DU , the curriculum the faculty , the fests , the interns and placements in each and every aspects it's the best which kind of makes it a go to mark furthermore , I decided for my course at the very beginning and thus only 2 colleges offered this for the boys that's HINDU college and VENKATESHWARA College , Venky is good but far away from my home consumes a lot of time and moreover Hindu is the best and something I've envied a lot furthermore there was no parameter which barred me from getting into other colleges as I had a very good score in CUET , furthermore the Admission process for all the DU college and my college is based on a exam named CUET , thus this exam decides ur fate , the exam is of 800 marks for BA hons and 550 not really sure for BsC , there are cutoffs for each college and for my college the cutoff was 765 for BA socio which u have to meet in order to get into the college after that ur documents are strictly verified by the college , also in case u submitted a reservation ccertificate and after that finally when it's approved by the principal u get to pay the fees and thus in this fashion u confirm ur seat in the college . so this is the entire admission process ......Read More
