Remarks

Because I heard they have good placement in core field and the teachers are experienced and good teachers and the atmosphere is good without any ragging and it is near to my house with good bus facility. Mainly I joined here because my seniors told me the teaching and the placement are very good and they also give importance to others cultural activities also so this is the main reason for me to join this organization but sadly I didn't get any placement here

Scholarship facilitys were there only for SC ST and for OBC category Because I heard they have good placement in core field and the teachers are experienced and good teachers and the atmosphere is good without any ragging and it is near to my house with good bus facility. Campus Life

Good infastructure,sport room But no play ground and good size library and lab with good equipments Because I heard they have good placement in core field and the teachers are experienced and good teachers and the atmosphere is good without any ragging and it is near to my house with good bus facility. You work through real case studies, Harvard business simulations, and a 4-to-6-month corporate internship, so you aren't completely clueless on day one at an office. If your goal is a PhD or pure research, though, it leans a bit too practical and corporate rather than deeply academic.

They have highly qualified and experienced teachers.
For a sports enthusiast like me, having a ground is great in college is great.
There are various types of events conducted very often which provides us exposure academically, culturally, socially and it also helps our social networking and connections.

Dislikes

I think infrastructure can be improved and maintained well, than it is now.
Placement services should be improved too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom because I was a commerce student in my PUC, and I wanted to master in the same field. This course has shaped my knowledge on accounts and finance which has been some sort of a passion for me. Accounts, tally, finance, are the studies that are to be applied by anyone who's working with numbers, finances or in banks, account sectors etc which I'm doing currently, and it has really helped me a lot. The only improvement in this course that I seek is practical applications and workshops that would definitely help students enhance their skills.

There are a lot of aspects that i really appreciate about the college it's the peaceful professional environment and the quality of teaching,the teachers in this campus are really professional and the methods of teaching are very effective
The infrastructure is at an absolute best with the campus having hostel for both girls and the boys there is a canteen that serves quality and nutritious food for the hostelers and quality sporting amenities where everyone can showcase their talent
Relevance of rigor of the course curriculum to personal and professional development it all depends on the individual on what they would want to pursue besides this campus is a management based school which teaches every management course the best wa

Nothing to dislike about the campus .........

Dislikes personally aren't there because everything that is needed on campus is there

Placement Experience:

The placements and employability of this college is at the top most quality The number of students that do not get placements after the completion of the course is at an all time low Many graduates end up working for a company of choice through campus placements ISME also has a placement team who are excellent at their jobs and have a success rate of getting a job for the students who finish the course at a 98 percent success rate The students who pass out of their respective courses are highly qualified thanks to the effective teachings by the professors in the college

My Regret of joining St George School of Business.

Likes

The College Atmosphere, The Students are mostly good and unproblematic.

Dislikes

The teaching staff they're arrogant and unskilled.
Teaching is below the mark for even average as the bar.
Lab facilities are very poor and the condition ia not sterile for experiments

Course Curriculum Overview:

Semester 4, my course included the concepts of Radioactivity which has been a fascinating topic for me, and wanting to learn that aspect pf chemistry was a reason that lead me to choose this course. the curriculum is not sufficient or up to date for current further academic pursuits. the course curriculum should include more scientific instruments commonly used in labs and the teachers could preferably be more positive with their attitude and create an atmosphere where learning is chased. where the teaching doesn't feel like they're just doing their job and finishing their hours by reading ppts off a laptop. the exams themselves are fair and well prepared. perfectly balanced to score based on how much you've learnt.

ABBS is cut over rest!!

ABBS means Professionalism and therefore students have to follow the strict uniform code as assigned by our college.
No entry without icard and it has to be around our collar whole we are in college.
Cameras are everywhere and therefore no blind spot and this ensures complete security.

Dislikes

Uniform colour is very poor as it looks like colour of postman uniform.

Placement Experience:

Oracle, Genpact, Amazon and you can name any name which you know in technology and they were at ABBS. Junior software developer roles were the primary roles offered to BCA students and placements worth 4-6 lakhs were offered to us.

Campus is good and mainly located near Whitefield.
too good supportive professor. Staff are too chill. Some staff are like our bestfriend's.
Lab equipment are good . You are not facing any issue with pc.. it's good

Dislikes

There is only few events in a year. I think only 3 events.
Hostel building is too bad. And hostel food is too bad.
There is no field to play games like cricket, football.

Placement Experience:

After 8 sems we are eligible for placements. TCS ,Dell and many companies visited mvj. Highest package of mvj was 22lakhs per annum. Basically some companies ask CGPA at above 8. My plan is a developer after my engineering in python language or Else I will continue my dad business

Insights of the Gopalan college of engineering and Management by a First Year Student

Likes

Canteen is fine has nice and tasty food and quite a lot of options
Library is also good has every book related to my course and few others as well
Lab facilities are also very nice and the college has a nice crowd

Dislikes

It's nothing like I expected, they don't let students use the ground or turfs. Facilities are pretty bad.
They charge money for everything and has zero facilities for college students. Everything is for there school students.
College is very small and the faculties are rude to students. (Mostly the case)

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placements from there 7th semester but I wouldn't recommend relying on college for placements. Not many companies come to this college so placements are really bad. If u have skills it would be better to apply to companies on your own. I don't have details on how many students gets placed but as much as I know it's about 30-50 % And average package is also very low. I plan of gaining skills and certification on my own and job hunting myself in 4th year through my connections and internships. Or maybe go abroad for masters As I'm a first year student I don't know much about which companies come and how much they offer.

Last year placement percentage was 97% average package is 8.97 lpa my plan is to sit for placements

Remarks:

I did a two year Master of Divinity course from the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies. The college is a top spot for studying God and for the mental and spiritual growth of a being. The college is pretty much affordable and the quality of teaching is also good. On top of that, the faculty was vell qualified.

I choose to this college over others because it does good facilities over experience and also a metro station nearby and also a bus stop where we can directly take them for transport editions and no I not getting late for the classes and a safe environment rather than other University which are forest types and inside in a highways rich became and safe for the girls students so the best is this because it's never city and it is human organs and a good teachers if anything happen if we can directly inform them and there will guide us and protect us I also tried in other colleges which is stopped like Raman Ramaya and Ms institute and RB but they were asking for the donation which is very high so rather than giving height onions I gave again because you are no donations where has only the fees we should pay then I felt like okay that to I am getting a computer and communication engineering why should message for industries visit with gave us some knowledge about the industry and technology and also that give us the placement training how we have to behave in interview and what are the things we should do and what are the activities will be given and how to cracker interview and also and everything.
