Remarks

Culture is good and it is one of the best University.90 percentage of the students will get placement offers. The average package will be around 4 lpa.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is not up to date.same syllabus being taught since 5 years and we don't get much industrial exposure,always based on theortical path but faculty teaching is excellent and theirs nothing like partiality everyone is equal.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 210000 per year

Placement Experience

I'm an ECE student and we don't get much companies from core side but we many opportunities in mass recruiters, Core companies offer more than 5 lpa placement training is not up to the mark and they don't provide only two certification courses.

College Events

Events are rare even when they conduct funds are low enjoyment is nil and the participants are also low. Our college strength is around 2500 but they conduct events in a ground which have a capacity of 800 people.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is not even near to the expectation of an University we have two grounds but we don't have any trainers.only half of the floor is library. Equipment is bad ,they don't work properly, system gets hanged nothing good.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are little bit small it is a 4 members sharing but we can adjust. Food is the main bad thing about the college when students asked they don't even tried to change the food. Our hostel is a 10 floor building and around 1500 students live their and we have only 2 lifts and half of the time they don't work properly.

Hostel Fee: INR 75000 per year

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
