Remarks

I admitted this college based on my JEE mains rank.My rank was not too good so I was unable to choose CSE/ISE.I know about this college from one of cousin he was also part of the institution. I have some advance idea about how to deals with circuits/electronic gadgets. So that's why I was prefer ECE department. Campus is to big and like Any one can adapt to lnct conditions.

Course Curriculum Overview

Currently I am in second year.I experienced that College is very impressive like all teachers are very active, respective hod interactive session in a weak, principal sir engagement towards academics all are very impressive.once I visited this college I saw the campus and I said awesome like I was not expecting that college will be so pretty. Well it's my personal feelings I am sharing to you people that teachers are actually very good & well educated. They gonna help you through any circumstances.

Class Size: 22Course Fees: INR 57000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement you can't say it good because it's totally depends on how you interact with the your personal projects, internship.but yes I seen that many of companies is visiting every year like Cognizant,Accenture, Microsoft etc and l seen that many of the seniors got selected for the respective companies.

College Events

Well same thing I want to tell you guys like I have been staying here for past 1 year and I think I am totally enjoying because every basic requirements college is providing and within in a every one and half months college organised many events like some coding competition/robotics. I am totally enjoying and if someone say should I recommend someone to join then I say definitely.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have Idea about scholarship and loan facility which are offered by college. But you can apply for student scholarship loan that's I know only.

Campus Life

Campus is well fascinated like it captures 90 acers of land, inside the cmpus like we have all the basic facilities including WiFi/library/playground/labs/circular event/stationary shops/canteen.You will be having all the playground like cricket/basketball/volleyball/badminton/hockey.

Hostel Facilities

Yes,I have opted college hostel and it's okay okay like in a single room I am staying with my two other room mates.we have separate hostel for girls/boys. Meals is good but I am from Bihar so for me it had took some time to adapt their food.I had payed 51000 for fist year.

Hostel Fee: INR 51000 per year

Our College works very hard for placement like they initiate new programmes every year for the betterment of the batch so that they can improve their placement every year. They have launched launched D 99 batch P 30 batch arrange so many seminars College to corporate training placement, training company visits and everything the placement is our college works very hard for the students to get them placed anyhow with a very good package.

Average college with no placements and exposure

Likes

I like infrastructure of the campus... infrastructure are very beautiful.
Library. I like library facilities college provide and we can take book from there.
Canteen not..much but I likes this average

Dislikes

Placement their is no placement or limit placement only 2-3LPA
Bus Facility their Very poor bus facilities
Labs their labs computer are not working properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.

My life in Oriental university

Likes

I liked the overall campus environment of the university . The campus is quite large ,clean and has good infrastructure.
The labs in college in are well equipped especially for computer science student . some system have configuration like 16 gb ram .
the faculty member are supportive and helpful. teachers are always ready to guide student , clear doubts and personal situation whenever needed

Dislikes

the quality of mess food is average and sometimes not up to expections. There are limited option and some food combination not liked by students
There are single water cooler in available , which sometimes create problem for both boys and girls.
we are sometimes fined for low attendance ,bunking class or even sitting in the canteen during lecture hours

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is decent but not exceptionsal. it covers the basic and important subject required for the course so you dont get a good theoritical understanding. However some parts of the syllabus feel outdated and fully aligned with current industry requirments. the course had a good mix of course subjects and some practical components on paper which looked promising at the time of admission. The overall structure seemed relevent for building foundational knowledge.
