Remarks

COEP is the oldest Colleges in INDIA establish in 1854. After the college is College of engineering guindy Chennai,IIT Roorkee. It's affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University in Pune, Maharashtra. The college is good in placement.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's overall Nirf Ranking is 101-150. Gymkhana is also developed. In academics is the syllabus of engineering based on IIT syllabus. Enough Industrial exposure is available. COEP satellite team developed as this is launched by ISRO.It's successfully working.

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 90350 per year

Placement Experience

In this college many companies some of are Arcesium, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bajaj Auto, Avaya,Maruti Suzuki, Amazon, Mastercard, Sun pharma so many companies are visited and having good placements opportunities for the students.

College Events

COEP is a hub of technical, cultural management activities, which attracts students to participate. ZEST, Mindspark, Regatta, Team Nemesis Racing etc. The students life is so impressive. Students participate in huge amount.

Campus Life

The main building/Hall is present in Pune. The gymkhana, the examination cell and other various administrative heads of the college included. Many sports were playing and participate in Guinness Book of World Record. Libraries,Labs available. Many equipment is also available. Test tube,Vernier caliper, etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements at ADYPU are moderate and structred . Students usually become eligilble from the final year for campus drives. Various startups and mid level comapnies visit for roles in sales, marketing, operatioons and tech support . The highest pacakage generally ranges arounf 45-50LPA , while the average package is around 4.5-6 LPA , depending on the profile . A fair percentage of active students secure placements. After completing my degree, i plan to focus on skill development and pursue better career op;portunities.

Nice campus but bs college life

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements in 7th semester. You just have to be all clear in exams and you can appear for placement. Companies visited are Infosys TCS tech Mahindra the highest packages 1.2 crore and the average packages 3 lakhs and total 60% students got placed

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements in the fourth year. There are good number of placement opportunities available through college but the placement package is less compared to other colleges. The placement cordinator is helpful.

The placement here is little disappointing because they doesnt give you a 5 star hotesl at the very beginning although it necessary to begin with the big brand hotels that will help to get you job easily

After 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements many companies visit my college like ongc shell Schlumberger etc college has committed 100% placement for btech petroleum branch but i have heard this year it was around 70% after getting the degree i want to complete my masters and then apply for job the highest package for petroleum engineering is around 25lakhs and average is around 10 lakhs

Course Curriculum Overview:

In terms of curriculum I said it's overrated you study physics chemistry in 1st year.Not only in Mumbai University but in whole engineering college all over India.I only choose coding not engineering.Bit I want degree so that I choose engineering.

SGGS COLLEGE REVIEW

Placement Experience:

From six semester students are eligible for placements. They are selected by taking there interviews many of them selected directly for company some of them selected for internships program. The visited are Tcs they make many of placement. Avg packages is approx. 4 lac per annum based on profiles they offer. Many of branch get more placement and some get less but average placement is out of 60 students in class 20 to 25 get place on campus. And i am going to do GATE preparation.

My dream college COEP

The reason i choose this college is my father and my brother , and the amount of rich education this college provides , number of opportunities this college gives is just immense we cannot compare it to any other colleges. While i applied to COEP I also applied to VJTI but they didn't had instrumentation and control course program that i wanted. Hence it was obvious COEP was best out of all. Admission process in COEP is quite systematic first it's online after online cap round if the college is allotted to you , you have to confirm it within a date given, then starts your offline admission which is also quite simple and not hectic just you need proper documents available with you . Fees as well you can pay in installments I applied of pict pune vjti but as COEP was my first Preference and I had good grades i got coep in my first attempts No i didn't got rejected in any college. As I already mention admission process first after 12th you have to give a exam called MHCET after the results you fill a online cap rounds form according to your merit u get allotted and being allotted to COEP you reserve the seat by offline admission...Read More
