Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus was updated after every sem, to include fresh topics. More subjects are introduced in hot topics like ML, AI Overall, academic facilities are good, teachers provide material to study from. Faculties are friendly and cooperative

Microsoft, Google, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Amazon, Dell,Bosch, TCS NOTABLE ALUMNI: Shubhangi Swaroop- first female pilot of Indian Navy Anand Prakash- CEO/Founder Appsecure Alumni connection is not that good.

College Events

The campus is beautiful, really relaxing for the students to roam in the campus after classes. Two major fest events- GraVITas and Riviera during October and February First one is technical second is cultural Hackathons, Mathathons are conducted by various student clubs and chapters of VIT. We have proshows during Riviera, many celebrities like Shirley, Ayushmann,Zakir Khan, Shreya Ghoshal have been part of them. Students participation is huge in both. Around 5000.

Campus Life

AC and non Gyms,swimming pools, indoor and outdoor sports facilities facilities available in both girls and boys hostel. They provide free wifi connection to all the students. Periyar central library-3 floors Well maintained labs with good internet connectivity

Hostel Facilities

1 bed 2bed 3bed 4 bed 6bed rooms are available, both AC and Non AC. For 4 bedded non AC cost is around 50000 for one year. Three types of mess- Veg,non veg and special are available which cost around 50000, 55000, 65000.Students may chose any one of them. Wifi is provided in the hostels

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Likes

Like to study the subjects in a practical way as well as getting skillfull everyday
Liked the events and the participation of the students in every aspect of the event
Liked the way teachers behaving with the students in a friendly manner

The working hours in clinical area is way more high and not able to tolerate
The hostel rooms should be cleaned every week atleast
More restrictions for girls only and there is a partiality among the students in gender

The subjects are quite tough but can read and learn with a little bit more effort over those subjects and so the exam will be held for 3 hours continuously and the exam pattern in like semester type and so the course in more useful

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
