Remarks

I chose VIT vellore because of it's great placement record, amazing campus and college life, and great faculty. I opted this particular course because I like to study science subjects but at the same time I wanted to do something in the job related sector. Thus, I didn't choose to do BSc.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am currently in 1st semester, 1st year so I am not in a position to speak about industrial exposure yet. But I like the faculty here at VIT. The syllabus too is very well made, keeping in mind the wholesome development of a student. Like, I am doing Btech in CSE so one would expect that I'll have only science related subjects. But that's not the case. We are also taught basic humanities(ethics) and we'll also be taught a foreign language in the near future.

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 195000 per year

Placement Experience

This year, the highest package given to one of the students of VIT was 44LPA. A number of dream companies like Microsoft, CISCO, Amazon, Swiggy, etc. visit VIT every year.

College Events

It has only been 1 month since our classes started but we have already attended the GraVITas, the technical fest of VIT (through online mode this year) which is quite popular. Also, we have many Hackathons and other cultural activities here.

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Like to study the subjects in a practical way as well as getting skillfull everyday
Liked the events and the participation of the students in every aspect of the event

The working hours in clinical area is way more high and not able to tolerate
The hostel rooms should be cleaned every week atleast
More restrictions for girls only and there is a partiality among the students in gender

The subjects are quite tough but can read and learn with a little bit more effort over those subjects and so the exam will be held for 3 hours continuously and the exam pattern in like semester type and so the course in more useful

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
