Typically placement depends on both college and you skills. If you do not have the proper skillset that the company is demanding then the college would not aid you in getting that job. But if you have ample skillset then you wouln't be dependent on the college for the placements.

Nowadays many institutes, especially the management colleges, hold this LAN Game in their fest. Also, a popular youth TV channel holds LAN Gaming. This could be interesting for the new Gamers. In LAN gaming, you have to compete with other team and beat them for a win. This can be either in a group or between two players. There are a series of rounds in which the players with the highest score will be the winner. Several institutes can participate either as a team or an individual. LAN gaming sounds interesting for new generations.

Teacher quality includes ability to deliver sound content with ease of understanding by students. In addition to using students to measure teacher performance, a senior and experienced person in the area being evaluated can be used and usually external evaluator or blind evaluation is best. Using the peers who are in same college or faculty could be sentimental.
