Remarks

Excellent placements, good teaching, green environment, all amemities and facilities available. Students coming from all over India. Chennai and Bangalore are very close to vellore. Beauty of south India.

Course Curriculum Overview

Since I was interested in Computer Science, so I opted for B.tech. I was very fascinated by the curriculum of the college since it follows UGC procedure and also its curriculum help me grow in every possible way.

Placement Experience

Placements are excellent of our college. Majority of companies come to recruit students depending on their needs and demands. Almost every year 500 companies come to recruit students of different branches and streams.

College Events

Students coming from all over India is a big advantage to all the fellow mates. In our college there are around 150 clubs and chapters to get recruited. Infrastructure is fabulous in VIT.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Scholarship is available to students who get under 1000 rank of VITEEE. Financial assistance is provided by different banks. Campus jobs are excellent for students of every branch and stream.

Hostel Facilities

Various different types of hostel are available for students to accomodate. AC/NAC rooms are also available. Same is for mess also. There are different types of mess for every student choice - Veg, Non veg, Special.

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
