Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, the course curriculum and exam structure is relevant, research driven and fair. Sns College of Technology has various courses and facilities. The curriculum is groomed to provide industry specific knowledge to the students, that'd be helpful in securing on campus placements, yes 3 to 4 industrial visits organised for the students.

Class Size: 720Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

Hcl, Amazon and some companies visited our college for placement. Various level of tests conducted for placement based on aptitude and subject. 70 percentage of the students are placed every year from the campus. Yes, the institution take special steps to prepare the students for the placement season.

College Events

Annual day, Sports day, Texperia, Hackathon and many more cultural, management festivals are held by Sns College of Technology, many Course level and College level events are held by Sns College of Technology. Sns College of Technology has two auditorium and events are celebrated in a grand manner with various chief guests.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The Fee structure is feasible. Any mode of payment is accepted by Sns College of Technology. No, there is no ther Additional Fees or charges that had to be paid in order to secure the admission to my course. Yes the College provide Transparency in the fee breakdown.

Yes, Sns College of Technology offers Scholarship opportunities for Students. The Eligible criteria is high Marks, First Graduate etc. The average sum will be seventy five thousand.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is 60 male : 40 female Ratio, Student parties with no alcohol and under conditions can be celebrated in Sns College of Technology. Workshops, Cultural Societies are held Regularly. Student Diversity and gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status tolerance is high.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Rooms in Sns College of technology Are neat, Tidy and Clean. A room is for three Students. Regular checking and cleaning will take place. Study hours is also there. Hostel with strict discipline. Average rental is 50000 per year. Food will be provided at the given timing in Sns College of technology.

College Seniors are very nice and friendly, will guide you and help you in any given situation. Even after completing the course we are still in touch with the alumni network and senior students of Sns College of technology.

Admission

Sns College of Technology is located near my house. Sns College of Technology is a well Known College in Coimbatore. Transportation Facility is Normal, Yet the distance is less and time taken for the travel is less. Sns College of technology has various courses. Interview will be held for admission based on Marks and Discipline.

Faculty

Many number of lecturers and professors are available for our course, along with the average age and qualification, as per the hierarchy. No doubt in their quality or efficiency and they all hold certificates and industrial experiences. Lab facilities and extra curricular activities are also included in our College.

In vlb Janakiammal college of arts and science kovaipudhur coimbatore ,i dont know much about the placements but there are so much placements for everyone the placement success rate is almost 98 persent

They allow all cultural events.They also conduct events in the college

Dislikes

They increase penalty if students dont pay the sem fees on time then they also increase the exam fees from sem to sem

My aim is to go cinema field.So,only I choose visual communication.After choosing visual communication only i can understood the real world is so different I can't get it anything easy I want to work hard to get the position I want to be.

Life in HIMT

Likes

With regards to training and placements the college is very good . All training as per DGMA and IMU is strictly followed and the placements for B.Sc is 90% and above . The faculties and instructors in the college are well experienced and skilled.
The college is strict regarding alcohol and smoking and it is not allowed inside campus and regular alcohol checks are conducted . Discipline and safety is the first priority for the college.
Classrooms are air conditioned. Hostel rooms are good . Any defects in rooms or any places inside college which are addressed are rectified.

Dislikes

College doesn't conduct inter college events . Internal events are very less . The few events conducted in college has also many restrictions.
Galley food can be better . College canteen is not good

Placement Experience:

The placements for B.Sc Nautical science in HIMT is 90% and above . The placement drive usually starts in the 2nd year (4th semester) and for girls 1st year (2nd semester). The companies which usually come for placements in my college are MOLMI,MOLTA, ZODIAC,SANMAR,GENCO, ONESEA etc ... The package for cadets differ from company to company and type of vessel.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

I like the MBA to learn about the marketing domain and gather the proper information. And I planned to do the course in the KVIM and they used the digital methods to the course and the give the proper content to succeed the course

My great experience in HIMT

all staffs are we experienced in their field and good in explaining, very friendly
hostel is well maintained and college is always clean
everything works in college based upon the review system. so any issues will resolve quickly

Placement Experience:

HIMT has good placements rates to all the batches, espically for GME they are doing well good. many gets placements in first semester itself. many big gaint companies in marine industry are approching to HIMT for placements.
