Remarks :

I have chosen this course in BHU because the placement is far better in BHU as compared to other ICAR colleges. But the placement is less than the colleges which we get from CAT, CMAT, or other management entrance examinations. But this college can provide a reliable base for students as we get enough at this prize because there are huge charges for MBA in other colleges but in BHU, it is quite low. We can avail of this course through the BHU MBA- Agribusiness entrance exam for which form is released from February to March

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are approximately 8 to 9 subjects in every semester. In the first semester, basically, we study the fundamentals of Management. Later on, we explore new things to know. In 1st semester, students are chosen for different teams such as SIP teams, technical teams, Alumni teams, cultural teams, and each of these teams is assigned some tasks related to it. After the 2nd semester, students are gone for Summer Internship under different companies to improve their skills and learn new things. After that, at the start of the final years, companies started coming for Placement. Approx 56 out of 60 are got placed. The student to faculty ratio is approximately 6:1. Facilities are quite experienced and supportive

Internships Opportunities :

Many companies from different sectors finance, dairy, seed companies, marketing companies come for placement. Some of them offer stipends while many of them are unpaid. But there, we can learn many things, internships also help us in getting better placement

Placement Experience :

Students are eligible in the second year for placement. For better placement, a placement team is formed which mainly focuses on how to get better placement for students. Out of 60 students, approx 56 students are placed every year. Many companies come from different sectors Agriculture, dairy, marketing, finance, and many more. The highest package is around 10 lakhs and averages to be 4.5 lakh

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure for the whole year is around 2 lakhs. At the time of admission 60,000 has to be given. The hostel fee is around 4000 per year. There is no scholarship as the fee is low for the MBA program. For the students of Uttar Pradesh, they can apply for scholarships through the UP government Scholarship scheme. Students of other states can also get a scholarship through a national scholarship scheme

Campus Life :

Lots of functions are happening in colleges. Bhuma, Drishti such type of fest is awesome. Many curricular activities are performed by the students. Facilities for sports are also provided on the campus. Smart classrooms are there for students. Students are mainly present on the LinkedIn platform

Hostel Facilities :

Two students have to be accommodated in a single room, rooms are quite big and well ventilated. Mess facilities are also good as healthy and tasty foods are served by it. Mess charges for 1 month are approx 2500. Hostels are alloted after filling hostel allotment form

Interview Experience :

There are three phases in this entrance: the first one is a written examination which comprises of a total of 120 questions. Questions are from quants, English, reasoning, data interpretation, current affairs, and some basic Agriculture questions. Once you cleared the written examination, then you are eligible for the next round i.e. gd and pi. In gd, topics are basically ongoing situations. After that personal interview will occur in which questions are asked about your hobbies, from your grad subjects, why you want to do an MBA, what you will after pursuing this degree? These types of questions were asked

I choose the MBA program because I was interested in understanding the economic activity and management techniques for run a business. Many subjects are connected to the human life objective like human values and Business ethics in this program. Faculties behaviour was very excellent for students progress. They helped us in every activity related to management. They speak politely at the time of student interaction. I don't feel offended to talk with him /her. All the faculties are very qualified and help students for solving the query related to the course and college other work. Teachers motivate us to think something new.
