Remarks

I chose this college because I want to be an engineer of computers. This university provides a program in computer science and engineering. It has good infrastructure and a big campus which is attractive but in this university, there is some problem in the hostel facility because it gives only 15% students hostel facility. Also, it has low placement and maximum students didn't get jobs through placement. Placement is a big problem for students in this university. It is a new university and in a developing condition. In this university students can take admission through the entrance exam of cucet. Cucet prefers exam dates every year by the month of April or May but from 2020 due to pandemic situation exam dates have changed. I selected this university due to its infrastructure. Its campus is 488 acres which are equal to IITs and NITs. It is in good-looking condition. I selected this university through cucet website which is www.cucet.ac.in

Because I want to be a computer engineer so I chose this course. In this course, our university gives us the faculty: students ratio is 1:24. Here good qualified and expensive teachers are available. This university takes an exam at the time and not much difficult was to pass.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, university offers us internship opportunities. Many company and projects provided like junior digital marketer, General management associate, Business development executive, media buyer-facebook and google ads, etc

Placement Experience

In this university, placements are not good. It is a new university so many companies have no trust in it as compared to IITs and NITs. The highest package offered a student 3.5 lacs per annum and the average package was 3 lacs per annum. Only 6 students placed from here last year. I want to start up after getting a degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

This university takes low fees for study. It gives many scholarship opportunities. It has not good placement so taking the job at this university is a very low chance. But they are working very hard for student placement. In the future, it will gain good placement.

Campus Life

University has a good campus. It has a campus of 488 acres. Here sufficient classroom and a big library and having 20000 above books. University giving students to increase their culture. In this university many activities do by students they enjoy it.

Hostel Facilities

It has a separate hostel for boys and girls. In this university four building of hostels two for girls and two for boys. But it provides only 15% students hostel facility so remain, students faces a problem and going in the pg hostel which has a very high cost. Separate mess available for boys and girls.

I have taken admission in this university by giving the mcq based test of cucet. For taking admission in this university I didn't face any group discussion or any interview. I given the entrance exam of cucet after qualifying I took admission.

My Experience in JC Bose University

Likes

I like the claim and composed environment, no one shouting or making noise
Each buliding have lift which help reach higher floor easily
Having strong alumni association which help student get placement

Dislikes

I don't like the paper work delay during the admission after paperwork
Campus less crowded places are not maintained very well
Older buliding classes don't have ac in the classroom

In Electrical course we have many kind have course which design for solving various kind of problem in field , BSC ( Basic science course ) , ESC ( Engineering Science Course ) , DSC ( Disciplinary specialized Course ) , VAC ( Value Added Course ). Professors teaches with real life example and use 3D shape and animation to explain things easily.

The college is spread across 300 acres of lush green campus with a lot of greenery everywhere. The weather is also very pleasant
The infrastructure of the college is well maintained with proper department and parks . The labs are well equipped with the necessary equipment required for the practical knowledge of the student.
Sports facilities are also top notch in the college and also gym is provided in the sports ground.

Dislikes

In rainy season water stands in the hostels making it difficult to move in and out of the hostel.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of the college is decent one with average package of about 12-14 LPA amd about 85% students are placed every year. Students can apply for placements after 2nd year and companies like JP Morgan , microsoft, Hero , ICICI Bank , etc. Visit the college

Infrastructure of our college is too good,having proper ventilation system ,well equipped AC ,a hygienic environment having a lush green campus.it has proper wifi facilties in the campus. I would personaly rate it 4.5/5.
Here we get exposure to various growth opportunities like sports,studies and research.Even our college is open for students who plan to start their startup. our college provides specific amount help for students aspiring to run their own startup.
while talking about social interaction, our college has a good crowd and people are friendly so its easy to connect with them,all the faculties are expert in their domain having a good background and knowledge in their feild

Dislikes

CCTV's are not present in class which should be there for security purpose. only in the campus and corridors CCTV are present.It's kind of hard for students to get their medical certificate approved , they need a lot of formalities.
Mess food is not upto the mark, it should have been better thats why students have to go to canteen and food stalls to eat food and in campus girls to boys ratio is too less .less number of girls as compared to boys.
The library space is also very short ,it get's crowder and filled up during exam times so students have to go to other libraries present in the campus and it gets hard for student to study in summer's outside the library.

Placement Experience:

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

Likes

I liked the environment alot. The infrastructure is very good.
The food court is also very good and provide good food on affordable price.
I like the teachers alot they are very easygoing and friendly to communicate with.

Dislikes

I don't like the uniform system as they ask us to wear it daily.
There should be days atleast once a week where we can wear casuals in college.
The teachers are very strict about the study.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Likes

Wifi facility is available in hostels and in some classrooms
Teachers are quite good and they are very helpful

Dislikes

Placement are not good in dcrust one some some students get placed with maximum packed of 9 lakhs minimum 2.5 lakhs
Course curriculum is not updated they are not helpful in modern time.
Girls and boys ratio are not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Placement at college is average mostly 80% of students are placed in this college student is eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Companies like Airtel, Infosys, Wipro, and swiggy, mostly company visit here highest package in 2023 is approx. 28 LPA and the average package is 5-6 LPA.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

Don't join the college as they doesn't care about your career Faculty is bad and also doesn't have minimum experience and qualifications Teachers will change every semester or even teachers can leave the job in mid semester. If want a good career then don't go for it

Central uni of Haryana review

I chose CUH because of the campus and infrastructure I saw online and because I did not want to go to CUJ and did not want remain stuck studying in Arunachal Pradesh. I also applied in DU and BHU but could not ho to BHU because I didn't have my 3rd Sem marskheet then and i could not go to du because I only got into du when I had already started going to CUH for a month. The admission process was very easy as everything could be done online. Life at Central University Haryana

So one of the biggest reason for taking admission here was that it's central university and the fee structure here is affordable. As my whole course cost me just 1,40,000. Excluding hostel and mess charges. Also hostel fees are very nominal and too much of facilities are provided. I didn't get any rejection as I was pretty clear about what I have to do and where I need to get admitted . So when I joined there was Central University Common Entrance Test which you had to qualify and later select colleges and apply for them. But later it changed and now CUET is the test which you need to clear and get admitted.So i wouldn't discuss my admission journey it's completely different now....Read More
