Remarks

Admission Procedure- Students got admission on the basis of marks obtained by them in Class-12th. For some courses University conduct entrance exams. While those admitted through ECA or Sports quota are admitted through trials or as per their past performances in a particular field. - Admissions got started in the month of June or July but due to the pandemic situation, they got delayed for this academic session. -Examinations were conducted in the online mode this year due to the worst situation of the nation this time, this was a good decision by the University as studies are going on without impacting the health of students as well as teachers. -I preferred this college because as I admitted through sports quota, it is having my sports, also it has a well recognised faculty, I liked its infrastructure, and it is among the best colleges for commerce in India.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

-I have to further appear in the Banking sector, that's why j preferred this course because it would be helpful for me in my near future. -Faculty- College consists of a well recognised and experienced faculty. Professors, they actually need no introduction, One can find out by themselves how cool they are. The class consists of around 70-80 students. - The teaching method of teachers are easily understandable, they make sure to clear us each & every topic. They even conduct doubt sessions in which they involve students & try to solve their problems and make things clear. -Term exams were having a duration of 3 hours. As the exams were conducted online, was making make sure that due to network failure no one will be denied of submitting their answer sheets so University gave an extra hour for uploading answer sheets. In all 4 hours were given for an exam.

Internships Opportunities

5

- Pinnacle is the placement cell for ramjas which provides many internship opportunities, internships are available for every student but placement cell mostly prefer the final year students. Our college does not provide direct placements, but great exposure is provided through internships in various top companies. Some students are directly placed in big companies based on their performance. Students got internships in various field like HR Executive, content writing, digital marketing etc.

Placement Experience

4.5

-Many companies came to appointing students every year. Around 50-60% of students get placed every year. -Companies like Amazon, Adi Sports, Allied Nippon Ltd, Wipro, Cafe Cofee day etc. visited. -Highest package goes to around 10-12 lakhs per annum while a minimum of 5-6 lakhs per annum. -From the 5th semester, the student got eligible for campus placements. -I will be appearing for the post of Bank PO after completing my graduation as I'm very much interested in that field.

Fees and Financial Aid

For Bcom honours the course fees is Rs. 14,495 per year for a general category student, while that for OBC, SC &ST category students there are some deduction provided. -Delhi University provides some scholarship program & Ramjas being a part of the University also follows the same provisions. Some notable programs are Shri Khushi Ram Book grant etc.

Campus Life

4.5

College Life at Campus is an amazing journey with a lot of memories. The students admitted this year has bad luck in this as all the classes are conducted in online mode. But luckily I visited my college twice. This year, all the college fests went online, but they were so joyous and full of passionate students from whom we got to learn a lot about our college culture. The societies are outstanding at their work. Societies like dance, dramatics etc. have prevailed in Ramjas. Library has a wide variety of books from where we can issue them for a specified period. College classrooms are so spacious and airy. You can have the best lectures their enjoying the weather outside at the same time. College provides a wide range of sports like basketball, football, taekwondo, judo, chess, etc. Also include clubs and extra curricular activities which are specifically run by students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.
