My MBA journey

I wanted to join MBA finance and this was the only college I applied for and I also got selected. My sister completed her studies there so with her guidance I joined the course. The application can be filled either online or offline with an application fee of 1200. My CAT exam score was 85%. Also I had scholarships on tuition fees in the college which helped me to reduce my expenses. This was another reason I chose the college without any hesitation.

I have joined in full-time MBA. We have regular interaction with industry stalwarts in the form of seminar, guest lectures, workshops either through online or offline. Faculties have immense industry and academic background. The teachers help us to be updated with new technologies arriving in industries and also prepares us to stay updated with current affairs. The Syllabus is in line with industry expectations. The course has helped me to develop my Leadership and Team Work skills. Also, the college has provided me with the ability to approach any business issues from a global perspective and exhibit an appreciation of Cross Cultural aspects of business and management. We also have a separate research center in the college.

For placement we have a Training & Placement Office. The average package is around 3.20 L per annum and the highest package is 12L per annum. One of my batch mates was placed in JARO education with high salary package. We have many companies from Jaipur recruiting us. Also there are recruiters from airtel, axis bank, insplore and many others.

My fees was around 1 Lakh annually. We were also required to pay Caution Money (Refundable) of 5,000. The fees can be paid in the form of demand draft (DD). Fees also can be paid through some online modes like NEFT or RTGS or Debit or Credit Card. I got Merit based scholarships of my tuition fee. For the second year, I had to renew my scholarship which was based on my first year's percentage. Two of my friends got internship at Tata motors and at NTT-Netmagic respectively.

The college emphasizes more on academics and research. In the campus library we have a collection of more than 30,000 books, journals, magazines and other reference materials. We also have many national and international journals in the library. We also have access to a large number of e-resources. There is a separate On-line Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) terminals to know the status of books at any time. We have a Student Provision store in the college for all the students and staff residing in the campus. Our college has ATM of Corporation Bank at the main entrance of the campus. We have sports like Football, Volleyball, American football, Cricket and Basketball and a hydraulic gymnasium. Treadmills, and multi-gym apparatus are also present. Our college mess serves vegetarian food only.
