Remarks

I have applied for many colleges like YMCA, gju, dcrust, and this mdu etc. My priority is the YMCA but I didn't get to that college because my jee mains rank is not good. You can take admission in both online as well as offline modes. You have to fill hsbte form which is conducted by the Haryana state. Criteria- 1. In 12th<85 percent. 2. In diploma<80 percent is sufficient to get admission to this college. There's is too much competition to get government college I mean only if you are lucky you get this college otherwise you can't take admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The way to teaching is well good of our teaching staff. A staff member of our teaching department is very frank with students. That's why the student can easily ask their doubt without any hesitation. You can ask 100 times and they will reply to you very softly without any anger. Faculty: student = 1:20. All the staff members have highly educated no doubt. They also deliver knowledge in such a way so that all the students can understand very easily.

Class Size: 76Course Fees: INR 72000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

This college has a decent fees structure. The fees structure of the course which I know is BTech civil engineer. The annual fees structure of BTech is 74 thousand per annum. The fee of the hostel is 10 thousand excluded of mesh charge. 2k is the refundable money that you get after leaving the hostel. Our university gives the opportunity of Scholarships throughout the year to enhance skills and personality development etc.

Campus Life

Campus life is very colourful (full of joy and happiness) for the student of mdu. You can find greenery everywhere. Students from different states are come here to take admission to this campus so that they can interact with different students to their different belongs. Lots of books with air conditioned library. But only PhD students can study inside it and other students have to study in front of the library. Our university is only popular for its sports environment. So if you're a sports lover then this is only for you

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

I took a drop so i had no other option left with my JEE rank only this state government college was offering me a chance to pursue a Btech degree , So I took admission over here without any second thought and honestly dont regret it , I couldnt expect more on that rank honestly . For admission process is quite simple you have to fill the form of hstes counselling and the catch here's that you wont even get chemical branch here in online councelling but hold your tea and attend the physical councelling of the college , details of which will be shared in its official portal , in the offline councelling you will get a way better branch....Read More

UIET, MDU Campus Review

Well being a student from Jammu and Kashmir, we enjoy some special scholarship schemes like PMSSS. To get good Universities through this scheme you need a score of more than 85% in your 12th boards (state/CBSE/ICSE). You will find the application online onthe PMSSS aicte site. Registration is free and you must have a family income of less than 2 lakhs per annum. Moreover,r they provide you 50,000 per semester as a maintenance amount and you don't even need to pay for your college fee. But the process is quite long, it might take 2-3 months....Read More

Just go for it.

You can get admission in Btech by entrance exam like JEE Mains.Actually, UIET MDU ROHTAK is a government college of Haryana state under Maharishi Dayanand University. For the admission in UIET,you have to attend the counselling of HSTES and in that form ,you have to submit all your details like your name, marks in jee mains, and many more.If u get name in list, then you have to visit the college for admission process and you have to submit your original documents like Migration certificate, character certificate .You have to visit the hostel for booking a hostel room .Hostel fee is very low i.e, 12000 per month and in this 12 k , six thousand rupees are refundable bcz these were for security purpose.MDU has a lush green campus with each n every facility like swimming pool, stadium, gymnasium hall, basket court, tennis court .if u are a sports lover, then Mdu is heaven for you bcz as u know ,the many Olympic n Asian medals holders are from Haryana state _ôÖ_.The other aspects is that this university has various colleges in the campus like for BA,BBA, BTECH,HOTEL MANAGEMENT, and many other courses....Read More
