Remarks

Overall I would recommend this college for those people who would not mind learning of their own apart from the institute. No relaxation for attendance throughout our college years was given to us.

Entrance Preview

I didn’t took any entrance exam.

Placement Experience

2.5

Placement was the plus point for us as there were lots of opportunities to bag excellent packages. It seems that engineering subjects needs a revival and syllabus needs to be upgraded. One thing that I had felt that it doesnt have any collaboration with the international universities and it should promote entrepreneurship instead of giving platform for campus placements.

Campus Life

3

With a huge infrastructure there are separate grounds for cricket, volley ball, basketball. Buildings are too old I used to get baked to death by the heat in the summers. We always had a problem in laboratory periods because most of the time equipment did not work.

Faculty

2.5

The faculty of college was excellent among which Civils was best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

This course currently is in high demand and this is the course which offers the highest percentage of placements. Computer Engineering is the fundamental course one could pursue if they want to get into technology. We currently have 2 Internal Exams in each semester which prepares us well for the semester.

Placement Experience:

Companies started sending their placements form to college groups from starting of the 7th semester. For particular branches, particular companies visited. Many companies send their placement forms this year. But each selected a max of 2-3 candidates only. In the strength of 76, 15 got placed on campus this year. Selection rates or placements criteria were too low.

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
