Experience in VIT

My admission process was soo simple Because due to covid pandemic viteee was canceled.. and they have decided to take admission on the basis of class 12th and jee main.. As I don't have good percentile in jee main so I didn't get admission in btech then later on I applied for integrated program 5 years in VIT. In which I got software engineering in category 3. After the seat allotment, you need to pay 50000 for confirmation of seat ( which is partially refundable) and within a week you need to pay your one years fee for confirmation of your admission

Yes the examination in VIT is quite a hectic schedule. You will have lots of exams every month.. Quiz, assignments, cat , pat , FAT etc.. And the question asked in the exam is not soo hard.. But due to regular intervals of exam will definitely be hectic

Students are getting internships in their 3rd year. And for sitting into placement each Student should compete for their internships in the 3rd year..lots of companies visit for internships and most of them give a pre-placement offers to the students.. You will do lots of projects during your study.. Every semester attest 2 projects should be done

From 3rd year students are eligible for placement and internships. Internships is mandatory for everyone. Lots of companies started visiting the campus after 5th semester. And the companies provide very good placement for computer science and information technologies branch.Almost 90% of students getting placed in IT companies and some of the students are opting for higher degree studies.. And the students get very good opportunities for foreign studies..

The fee in vit is really too much.. For a middle-class family to pay 2 lkh per year and 1 lakh 20k for mess and hostel is too much. But in vit you can get a loan from Indian Bank.. which has been tied with VIT .you can get a loan of 4lakh without any collateral.. And for a scholarship, if you are a state topper in class 12 and first top 10 ranker in vit you will get a scholarship. Financial assistance scholarship is also available but it's too hard to get it

This is the best thing you will get in vit.. There are lots of clubs and chapters you will get in vit. You will do lots of extracurricular activities in vit. There are mainly 2 events gravitas and Rivera which is one the biggest event in Tamil Nadu.. where students from other colleges also participate.

The room provided is quite spacious. It depends upon the room you choose ac or nonac. Ac room is quite spacious and ventilated. There are many blocks for the hostel. It depends upon the hostel you choose and the block you get. Mess food quality is too good. Sometimes you don't like it. But the food is ok
