Satisfied with academic and internships

I applied in Kalindi college in 5th cut off and uploaded my documents on the other day of cut off released then on very next after I uploaded my documents, my admission got approved by the principal of college as all my documents like my 12th marksheet are all correct, then I just paid my college fees on the same admission portal and I got admission in Kalindi college. The cut off was 86% and I didn't apply for any other college because I had already made up my mind for this college because it's nearer to my house and these college academics are awesome, so I applied only in this college even though I was eligible to take admission in various other colleges.

I choose this course because in this course I got to study both biology and chemistry and this course provides basis for further research in bio or chemistry fields. If I talk about faculty, it's very knowledgeable and easily approachable but they often burden students with an overload of work. All the teachers are Ph.D. qualified and they teach through books, videos and practically as well, they also motivate from time to time. Exams are semester-wise and there are practicals too, at my time there was OBE and ABE , obe are easy but you have to write very long answers so have to search answers from various sources. Abe are very simple, just complete your assignment timely and you score excellent.

For internships, there are various companies that came some them were youngs community, atomEI, Reading right, honey well Ltd, newzera tech labs Pvt Ltd. Internships offers provided by placement cell kryptus are pretty good and half of them are paid internships. Roles offered were for a content writer, graphic designer, business developer, financial consultant, news curator, communication strategist etc. The stipend offered was between 10k-20k. In the internship that I got I was a graphic designer and through that internship, I got to learn various soft skills which are very important.

For placement students become eligible from 6semester and with companies like wipro we have joined hands to get students placed in their job+study program, moreover Bajaj Fincer like companies have also come for placements and roles offered was sales and marketing, buisness developer etc.pacakges offered was 3Lac-4Lac from life sciences course no one has applied but from commerce department 8-9 students was placed. After my B.sc. I am planning to go for masters and then for research, after my b.sc I will also be applying for apprenticeship program in some labs to gain hands on experience.

Fees is reasonable not very high just around 13-14k and there are various scholarships too in the college . For example there are scholarship for financial unstable students, topper students, extra curricular activities based scholarship and many more . There is no such fees hike policy but yes one thing is irritating that there is exam fees every semester even if it's OBE,ABE or offline exams it dosent matter they will charge it. The placement cell is active you will get various internship opportunities and there are placement opportunities too it's limited but there are available companies like wipro hires students from our college Bajaj finance too.

There are both cultural college fest and departmental fests in our college. college fest name is lehren and during fest the whole college gets full of life and influencers also comes,Departmental fests is also very good in it they organise department related activities and competitions too and fest is between Jan - Feb month. In library there are various disciplines books and monthly magazine are also available, you can take 4books at a time from library and there is seating facilities available also in library but there is a problem that they dose not issue books to 1st semester students. Classrooms are clean and ventilated but desk are not that much good they are just like as in schools. There are various cultural clubs in college like fashion-insta is a fashion society,media club is for all photography and journalism, eco-dhara is eco club,enactus Kalindi, western and classical dance club etc.sports club is very very good and it guides amazingly to intrested students in various sports
