Remarks

I have applied for LNMIIT JAIPUR ( CCE BRANCH) and in JOSAA counseling I thought IIIT BHOPAL would be the college that I would get but I did not get it. So I have chosen to opt for LNMIIT JAIPUR as it is near my home town and would not face any difficulties such as Language food etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

VIT Vellore is ranked in the top 30 colleges all over India. The curriculum and Faculty members of VIT Vellore are top-notch. It has an excellent placement record this year the highest placement package is 75 LAKHS and this year 81 students got a pay package of 25 lakhs per year

Internships Opportunities

More than 80 companies rolled out 510 student offers. Out of these 183 students got placements above 10 lakhs per annum The engineering batch from VIT Vellore had 316 super dream internships and 576 dream internships

Placement Experience

Students, in general, are eligible for placements during the 3rd year (from the 5th semester} and have an excellent scope here. In 2020, 713 companies came, Total offers have increased up to 7771. The highest package was 44 LPA and the average package was 7.25 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

I guess the fee is almost equal to government colleges and also colleges ranked lower to it have higher fees. Knowing the excellent condition fees of VIT VELLORE CS Batch I think it is perfect to spend the fees. From the second year onwards scholarships will be applicable for each year subject to the student scoring 8.0 CGPA or Above, fulfilling required attendance, and not misbehaving in the college

Campus Life

VIT VELLORE conducts two fest one is RIVERIA which invites big celebrities like SONU NIGAM, AYUSHMANN KHURANA, SHRUTI HASSAN, DEVI SRI PRASAD, ANDREA JEREMIAH, MURALI VIJAY, etc. VIT Vellore also conducts TECH FEST every year named GRAVITAS

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Calm and Student-Friendly at DMI College of Engineering

Likes

The college provides a friendly and supportive learning environment.
Most faculty members are approachable and helpful, especially when students need academic guidance

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
