Remarks

There is a separate entrance exam for VIT named VITEE. The cost of applying for the entrance test is around 1K. You must have a minimum of 60% total in math, physics and chemistry in 12th boards. No Reservations.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose ECE as we can have both the options in our hands either we go for Core Sector or the IT sector. In VIT almost all the faculty has a PhD degree and they are talented also. Almost we have a 12:1 student: faculty ratio.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 198200 per year

Internships Opportunities

You will start receiving internship emails from placement cells from the 5th semester. There are so many companies provide internships to the students like Microsoft Deshow Amway and many more with a stipend of more than 50K.

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester, Everyone is eligible to apply for an internship and PPO. There are so many companies visiting this campus for placement like Microsoft Amazon Flipkart Myntra and many more. the highest package was around 75 lacs for the year 2021. The placement percentage is almost 100%.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is a little bit issue if your family background is not that much good. There is no hike in college fees but yes there is the hike in mess charge depending upon the price of the product they are using. There are some scholarship tests that will be held at regular intervals to give financial support.

Campus Life

You will feel the Campus Vibe. There are so many clubs that will conduct their events at regular intervals to make the Campus alive. You will find almost all game equipment in the sports room. The library is also very good and the number of books is also huge here.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel room is spacious and you will not feel like jail. There is 4-5 option for a hostel room. Single bed 2 bed 3 bed 4 bed and 6 bed. All the rooms have both ac and no ac. The mess food is also good here .

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
