Remarks

1. I got some good placements feedback for Babu Banarasi Das University. 2. They provide better placements as compare to other colleges in Lucknow. 3. It is near to my house. 4. Great Infrastructure and management. 5. Their are plenty of events for students to join like sports, star night, competitions. 6. Great Scholarships Opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

1. Fees for BCA and MCA was less as compared to Btech. 2. BCA and MCA provide better career opportunites as compared to BBA or Bcom. 3. Teaching staff is not upto the mark. Some teacher do not have the knowledge of the subject they're teaching.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

0.5

No internship opportunities were provided by the college. This is a very major concern as there are no company that recruits interns from BBD university. Student needs to go off campus for Internships.

Placement Experience

Placements is not that good but better as compared to other private college in Lucknow. I got placed in ATMECS Technologies after completing my BCA. My cousin got placed in Oppo after MBA. So overall good placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

1. There is no fees hike policy. 2. There is a separate scholarship department which will help you to enroll for Govt. scholarships schemes. 3. Student can get fees concession on the basis of their marks.

Campus Life

BBD provides a good social life with great cafeteria including on campus CCD, Cricket stadium, Star events and etc. In 2019, BBD organized an event called star night and the star was Guru Randhawa. Later in 2020, It was planned to bring MeetBros but got cancelled due to Covid.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel was average as food quality was not good and room were congested. My friends often complained about the food and cleanliness of the place. and also hostel is way more expensive as compared to hostel outside the campus.

The beauty of BHU

Likes

The things I liked about the college are the faculty and the professors. They are very cooperative and helpful.
The campus life is quite beautiful here, campus is very close to nature and you can get fresh air. Also the infrastructure is on the top they have all the facilities which are required.
There is an active placement cell in the campus which usually provide in campus placement to students according to their concerned departments.

Dislikes

Some of the things which i think should need to be improved are the classrooms and canteens.
Also I think there is need of improvement in placement cells fir humanities students.
For library I would also say there needs an improvement because they have less capacity in comparison with number of students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very relevant. I took admission in pg diploma in guidance and counselling which is a one year diploma course. I was inspired to do this course specially because it can provide you placement for sure. After this you can apply as a counsellor in any academic setting or NGOs.The teaching method of professors is quite good. They almost cover the entire syllabus before exams

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

My geart government college

Likes

If I talk about my college that i appreciate is the best part of environment very much good and more than best other government colleges in mzn
Our campus life is okay okay!! Cause I'm not that part of campus life. So I don't enjoy that part of my college.
I truly talking about faculty's it is genuine with us . And teaching methods is best every teachers always the right time in the classroom.

Dislikes

No more provided placements in our college cause it is a government. But always support teachers for providing for career development.
It's a properly government college. So more more facilities in our college and campus life other students who studied about coursees.
I did completed Bachelors of commerce in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ok, if I talk about my course, I have done B.Com from there and B.Com is a very good level course. It means there is a degree in it and I had to prepare for government job and from the beginning I had taken commerce in 11th class, so I found B.Com very suitable for me and as far as exams are concerned, B.Com means good study. Our college used to teach us very well, so I had also taken tuitions together, so it was quite good. My experience means it did not seem so difficult. I found it very difficult, I used to get very good exams and I cleared it very well without any back.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

My story is that I was giving NEET exam and I took a 3rd drop in which I scored 6:37. But could not get an MBBS College. I was short of around 11 to 12 marks. So I decided to pursue BCA. And by the time my neat result was announced, many BCA colleges. Outside of my hometown, Lucknow were already full. Or they were. Very pricey and costly. So I thought that should I should do my BCA in my hometown and I was looking for colleges. So I shortlisted two colleges that is Amity University and BBD University. And due to my good grades in 12th and 10th I got admission. In both but the Amity university was not giving me any scholarship and it costed me almost double the amount as BBD University. So I took the. Admission in BBD University. And the rest of the colleges were also good, but from. My relatives who are studying in other colleges, they gave me very negative reviews. And so I talked to the seniors. Of the respective colleges and I heard that BBD is a decent college, but don't expect any placement from BCA course. So I thought that for a graduation. I will stay with BBD. And I can pursue more things after doing BCA a job or any other exam....Read More

Best engineering college in lucknow

I applied for galgotias university and chandigarh University but according to me this college is far better than those if students are coming from other states or district. This college is fully active for anti ragging and this college doesn't allow any kind of discrimination. Also this college provides a lot of events. As compared to all other colleges in lucknow, bbd University exam level is average than others, students can easily pass the exam if he studied average. Admission process is very easy in this college; Student have to go in admission cell , have to fill the form and submit the required documents such as original 10th and 12th marksheet. They they have to wait for their registration, then after registration fees submission will occur then they get their admission in their chosen course....Read More
