Remarks

Their is eligibility criteria of 50% which is great because if anyone have not higher percentage they can also take admission and persue their dream. The admission process is good you can take direct admission without any test. Late admission is also available if some student are late due to family or health issue they can also take admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

This is my dream course and by taking admission in this university I can say I am at right place.Course curriculum is excellent practical classes are provided to students to enhance their skills. Company visit are also provided to different media houses from very 1st semester. Facilities are very supportive and helpful gives extra classes according to students need. Regularly Exams are also taken by university. Exams have good questions. 75% attendance are compulsory to appear In end term examination.

Internships Opportunities

Faculties regularly provides details of Media company recruitment in groups. From graphic designing to anchoring. In very 3rd semester we have a subject social internship in which college avails many ngos to us for that task.

Placement Experience

Campus placement rate are good ,from 3rd year gets placed in different media houses. 80%students get campus placement according to their capability. University got 2nd rank in Uttar Pradesh for placement in this course.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you belong to Uttar Pradesh University provide scholarships to student. And currently I am in 2nd year so Jon is not legal in 2nd sem. In 3rd year college will provide NOC to students to do jobs and internships.

Campus Life

Life in Galgotias university campus is very fun it has a very big ground,park for sitting and basketball court,kabbadi ground,volleyball court are available. Indoor sports are also available. Infrastructure is very excellent. All over trees are planted in ground for fresh air and healthy environment.

Fees is not affordable for many is one of the drawback of the institute

Life in Galgotias University

Likes

Infrastructure of the university is very well developed
Campus life and student council activities and various events
Well behaved faculties, mentors, and admission department

Dislikes

Particularly, I don’t dislike anything about the university
The only thing is that big Events, such as unifest should be more organised
And eight classes, a day becomes hectic for the students

Placement Experience:

In my course the students are eligible for internships in the 6th semester. The average package in Galgotias University is 5,40,000 per annum. This year there are over 5500+ placements in university. The university also provides in campus internships

Likes

Infrastructure is top notch. From smart screens to comfortable chairs nothing is old.
Cafeteria has numerous options of food so there aren't any issues except the prices vary.
Campus is very big and has plants that I personally loved.

Dislikes

Faculty is the most troublesome part. Favoritism doesnt end in school but it continues at different places.
Crowd is another dissappointing factor as it may sound people from different parts are coming but the noise they bring is disturbing.
The university management is pathetic. They will make you run from floors to floors of different blocks just to get you tired and end up saying come tomorrow our time is over.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for internship and jobs related to their courses. Department provides numerous opportunities and offers to students for enrolling in different internships and they help you get that. In bajmc I haven't seen any senior getting enrolled in a news channel yet but they do provide internship opportunities at other companies which may be alright. Most students get placed for internship somewhere or the other. My plans after getting the degree is to get back to news.

Likes

Infrastructure of the college buildings and hostel buildings.
Supportive dean and faculty of department
College canteen and cafes are clean and maintains hygiene in food

Dislikes

Some Classrooms are not air conditioned.
Restrictions on timing for entry and exit from campus.
Desks are not much good in the classrooms.

Placement Experience:

The college provides placements every year in top companies. From 6th semester students are eligible for placements. News Nation, Times Now, Live Times, India Live, Sudarshan News, Amarujala, Dainik Jagran, Noida Now, etc. Average package offered is 5LPA More than 90% students get placements through college placement drives. My plan atfer completing my graduation is to work in Public relation industry. My plan after completing my graduation is to work in Public Relation and Media Management industry.

I like some of my senior they are very polite and always their for hrlp
Mess food is good and hygienic mess wale bhaiya is soo nyce
Teacher are soo helpfull call in night they will answer tho

Dislikes

I dislike the area of college like college is soo small to call it college
One person leaving one person outside the college is smoking
Sleep cycle will be disturbed due to lot of work

Placement are really good in college I have many of my senior even I have my sir who passed out in 2015 work in different radio station and after it niw he opened his own radio station so placement Nd everything is good

A Glimpse of My college

Likes

First of all I liked the campus of my college as it has a lots of ample space to vibe on.
All the faculty members as they are very cooperative and they always try to help us all the way.
Fest and sports activities which are organised every month.

Dislikes

Transportation is a major problem with some of the students.
Fee structure is very high and it cannot be afforded by some of the people in the society.
The marking scheme of the college is not that much appropriate.

Placement Experience:

Students who are in semester 5 are eligible to sit for placement interview. Amazon, vipro, MX player, and many other popular companies offer a good amount of pakage to the students. 90% of the students who are willing to go with the job gets placed. I would work hard day and night in order to achieve the highest in the particular company.

The main criteria for admission is the entrance test. After the entrance test, there is a personal interview and a writing test. The final selection is done based on the entrance exam scores, interview scores and also 12th board exam results.

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning.
