Remarks

Eligibilty is that candidate must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 70% aggregate from a recognized board. And University conducts its own entrance exam known as VITEEE, we have to clear that to enroll in the course. You can easily get the application form on VIT's official website. The fee for the form is INR 1250(for all categories).

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is great, and the FFCS system allows you to choose your course, teachers, and slots according to your convenience. Semester exam difficulty level depends on the teachers you select, and the pass percentage varies according to the class average so student don't need to worry , even if the paper was difficult. Teachers are very helpful , qualified and have enough knowledge to teach students. The course curriculum makes the students industry ready.

Internships Opportunities

Companies like AppDynamics, Udaan , Claudera comes with good intern opportunities. Roles offered mainly are : , Software Development Engineer, Software Testing, Web Developer, Data Analysts, Associate Consultant

Placement Experience

Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Nokia, DE Shaw, Amazon come with good offers, and mainly from the fifth semester, students become eligible for placements. The highest package offered was 42LPA, the lowest offered was 4LPA and the average was btw 5-6LPA. Mainly, 100% got placed in top companies every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the course range between 4.85 Lakh - 7.32 Lakh, which is very nominal, compared to other colleges. If you clear VITEEE exams with a good score you can avail 20-25% scholarships too. You can pay fees through any payment gateway. You can take benefits of a bank loan too.

Campus Life

ground, badminton court, etc. The library is well furnished and has lots of books. The labs are good with a sufficient number of systems, and a nice environment to study. VIT provides the best infrastructure all over the country.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
