Remarks

VIT conducts the VITEEE entrance exam for admission in the relevant course. Students must have passed 10+2 with 70% or above aggregate from the recognized board. You can easily get information related to the application form on VIT official website. The fee for the form is INR 1250, and if you pass that exam then, you are eligible for the counselling process.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is great, and the system allows you to choose your course, teachers, and slots according to your convenience. The semester exam's difficulty level depends on the professor you select, and the pass percentage varies according to the class average, so students don't need to worry even if the paper was difficult. Teachers are very helpful, qualified and have enough knowledge to teach students. The course curriculum makes the student industry-ready.

Internships Opportunities

Almost every student from CSE gets at least one internship. Companies like Cognizant, Capgemini, Nokia, Paytm comes with good intern opportunities. Roles offered here are Software developer/engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Database Developer,etc.

Placement Experience

From our course, ie., CSE, around 95% of students of total participated students got placements. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, JP Morgan, DE Shaw, Wipro comes with good offers. The highest package offered here is 44LPA, the lowest package offered here is 4LPA, and the average package offered here is 7-8LPA. From, 4th-5th semester students become eligible for campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees for the course range between INR 4.89 L - 7.83 L (for 4 years). To get benefits of scholarships, one must have passed the VITEEE exam with a good score and get a maximum scholarship up to 20-25%. You can pay fees through debit card, credit card, Paytm, Bank Loan(if needed).

Campus Life

The full campus has Wi-Fi surrounded which is free and has good speed. Classrooms with projectors, both white and green board. Classrooms are aerated and have cushioned benches and fans. There is a world-class library, which is sprawled over four floors and 25,000 square feet. There are many cultural as well as sports meets held every year. Sports facilities are good on campus with huge playgrounds, auditoriums, swimming pool, etc.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
