VIT Vellore, Integrated M.TECH CSE with Data Science

Remarks

I am pursuing M.Tech Data Science. The eligibility for this course is based on our 12th marks. The application form is available on this college website. The application fee is 600. The admission process is very easy and simple there is no need for any improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in the field of computer science and data science also so I chose this course and I chose this college for well experienced faculties and they all easily deliver the content in simple ways. The exams was little bit difficult there are three types taken by the college CAT-1 , CAT-2 and semester exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

In this course from the 5th semester students are eligible for placement. The companies like TCS, info tech, Infosys and lots of company visits college for placement s. I am not sure about the package details.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is based on what we got in 12th marks. The fee must be paid on time or else you will be fine. And also college provides scholarships to those students who have good marks. The minimum fee is 98000 the maximum fee is 2lakh per annum for this course.

Campus Life

They conducts many fests which gives better knowledge and best experience. They had huge library with many books. The classrooms are very big and comfortable. They conducts many sports events also. And they had many clubs and chapters.

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Like to study the subjects in a practical way as well as getting skillfull everyday

The working hours in clinical area is way more high and not able to tolerate
The hostel rooms should be cleaned every week atleast

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
