Remarks

I took the online exam for vit. The process was simple you just need to fill out the application form and the required details and the exam fees. For the application date you need to check the Website viteee.vit.ac.in. Admissions are open for the 2022 batch.

Course Curriculum Overview

I Chose Computer Science (CSE core) as I was interested in coding and computer. I wanted to code and program. The faculty is good. They are teachers are good you can select Teacher according to you after the first semester. So you can with whom you are comfortable.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Vit is a well-reputed college you don't have to worry about placement. From what I have heard the average package is 10 to 12 lakh and can go upto 24-30 depending on your gcpa and how much you have studied. Almost all students get their placement from campus if they don't pursue MSC or other courses.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is divided into 4 categories depending upon your Vit Entrance Exam rank you get to choose your fees from 2lac goes upto 5 lac. The placement is good. Vit Is a well-known college so you don't have to worry about your placement if you study hard you will get a good placement.

Campus Life

There are tons of clubs to choose from it depends upon you. There are Enough books in Library for students. The campus Life is good they provide you gym swimming pool and alot of other sports but for some of them, you need to pay separately. There is also an annual fest.

Hostel Facilities

The Hostel faculty is good. It has 2 types of hostel Apartment and your normal college hostel. There are tons of options for meals depending upon you. There are a lot of options for a hostel for both Ac and non-ac Such as 2 3 4 6) you can choose from these. The apartments are good but get filled fast.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
