Remarks

My admission process is very easy for me I think and one day I am going to the admission so my senior very helping for the admission and the teacher was very good that time and still now also and the Hindi honours course fees very less 10k in a year and in my college there is left also it's very easy to go any floor. Our college has a Projector also sometimes we learn and give presentations also we think our teachers are so intelligent one word daily teach us if we not getting it and very supportive teachers and I love my college structure also very beautiful building in my college. All my College teachers support and give Vibe also I love to read the books in the college library and the college library teachers are also very supportive

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Choose the course Hindi honours because I want to become a professor and publish my book in the Hindi medium I love books about the faculty-student ratio is 10:9. I think people were good qualification of the faculty is that there is a method to kick cut off list and clear 12th family turned exam when teachers teach us daily so our mind catches the things in the examination hall we think about the question and write down right down related to the question because study about the paper and our teacher very brilliant the teach us. I think for me the exam is not difficult for me very very good I think CGPA will be 8 so I am happy for my exams but some people who not study so the paper was difficult for them otherwise ok

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Okay for me 10k fees in a year about the scholarship yes they give us the scholarship but I didn't reply I don't know why and a financial assistant job I think nothing there is to the field related to the Hindi honours course

Campus Life

3.5

I love to attend the annual fest and wore a beautiful dress and Enjoy it very well. In Feb month they conducted the fest and I love it. Availability of books sometimes is not but once I tell the library teachers they arrange the books in days.

A Day at College

Likes

Affordable fee structure that makes higher education accessible to students from different financial backgrounds.
Flexible learning system, allowing students to manage their studies alongside other responsibilities.
Opportunity to pursue a degree from delhi university through open and distance learning.

Dislikes

Limited opportunities for regular classroom interaction and face to face engagement with teachers and fellow students.
Students pursuing distance learning may need to rely more on self-study and independent preparation
More regular communication, student support, and interactive academic activities would improve the overall learning experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA English Honours curriculum at DU SOL is relevant and provides a strong foundation in literature and language. The course covers diverse topics that support academic learning and critical thinking. The flexible structure is suitable for distance-learning students. Adding more practical activities, updated study materials, and interactive learning opportunities could further improve the overall course experience.

Overall best

Likes

My college was a girl's college. There are maximum 60students in a class. Prints were quite cheap in the college cafe.
There were many fest functions in my college. I also participated in the dance fest in my first year. We also used to go on picnics from college.
India's chief guest at the annual function was M Venkaiah Naidu.

Dislikes

College fees were very high for general category people.
The behavior of many teachers was quite rude and arrogant as if they were teaching us for free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.

Infrastructure is not that good, college is a non dusu affiliated

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a future law student philosophy was one of the options which was good to opt. Secondly, comparatively less people opt it and it can be one of the better choices if you are preparing for upsc and taking it as an optional. Teaching can be made more interactive as the topics are really interesting

Underrated College- An honest opinion

I gave the CUET exam which gets you admission into central universities such as- Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University. I applied for delhi university. Based on my marks, i had to prepare a preference sheet of the college's which provided my interested course- Bachelor of Commerce. Among 50+ colleges i prepared the preference sheet. There are allocation round in which the University allots you a college. In the first round I was alloted Satyawati college i.e 22nd preference. It was on off campus so I had three options- accept the admission, upgrade your college or withdraw admission from University. I applied for upgrade and got Ram Lal College in 2nd round. It was a south campus college. i paid the fees and got admission. I could upgrade the college for 3rd round but decided not to as I was satisfied with the college. I wasn't interested in BHU as I read the reviews that bachelor of commerce was better in Delhi University....Read More

According to the new NEP scheme, we were not allowed to choose colleges based on our merit but are alloted to us by the University itself on basis of CUET scores. So, the only option that was available was to choose preference of course-college combination and list them in order. I listed Ram Lal Anand College -BSc Hons Microbiology as my First preference and I got it in my third round of Allotment....Read More

Underrated Gem of UoD

The college was alloted to me via the Delhi University entrance exam portal. I personally wanted to do the course and thats why I accepted the college in one go. If you have to get into the college just give CUET. The cutoffs are high and you will have to aim the best score for getting in DU. Personally DU was my only option as I didn't apply to any other college. The admission process is very smooth and personally I didn't face any problems there....Read More
