Various MNC Like TCS, CTS, Accenture are one of the major recruiters.Apart from software companies core companies like Tata Motors,BOC, Tata Power also are involved in placements. College Events
We use to have two annual events celebrated in our college.One was 'lavenga summer' and the other 'lavenja winter'.Used to have a lot of activities like signing,dance,drama ,quiz, with both involment of teachers and students.Also many performance awards are given teachers and students during this period.

The fee structure in Asansol Engineering College is well structured to make it feasible for all type of students.There is TFW scheme for economically backward students where they have to spend only 10 percent of the semester fees for their entire course.Apart from that easy loan facility is also their as an option

Ya there is scholarship for toppers of each semester in respective branch where they enjoy 50 percent off in their semester fees,Also there are option for easy loan option in various banks for payment of the semester dues.

Students can enjoy their entire course duration in Asansol Engineering College as lot of activities take place like inter bracnh football and cricket tournament.Gender ratio is around 65%boys and 35% girls.Students are also given various equipments from laboratory for development of innovative skills.

Hostels is Asansol Engineering College is also good,having excellent lodging and fooding facility ,24 hrs electricity,and adequate amount of water supply.There is hostel supervisor for each block to ensure that no ragging activities take place.There is wi-fi connectivity all over the rooms in hostel, mostly all the rooms are two sharing with balcony.

Exam Structure
Exams and labs are well structured for good evaluation of students for the teaching given to them.Both theoretical and practical knowledge of students are evaluated.But exams were not hectic as sufficient time and time for understanding subject basic was given.
Admission
Got admission in Asansol Engineering College through WBJEE exam. We had our counseling in Kolkata,where we had to submit our counseling form based on our rank .Then based on our rank ,we got chance to select our colleges for admission.After that we had to go to our selected colleges with counseling letter for admission.
Faculty
Faculty in Asansol Engineering College is one of the best especially for electrical branch.Teachers here have extensive knowledge of the subjects they teach and they are able to deliver their knowledge to students efficiently.There are various laboratory for development of practical knowledge of students.
