Remarks

For joining the btech, I took the viteee exam which is quite difficult. I managed to get around 4k rank. I got 2nd category in the case which cost me around 2 lakhs. u also need above 75 percent in the 12th class.

As we all know btech cse is a course which has huge demand. As for me, I had an interest in cs .so o choose this course. I would not say that all the faculty are good. But as we know we are the ones who choose faculty, so it depends on us.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies came for hire. If I need to be more specific, then I would say google, Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, etc. I know a bro who completed his 3rd year and is now in an internship. He placed in google with a 60k stipend and 20lakhs per annum package.

Placement Experience

Vit is known for its placement. if I managed to get a good GPA in the final sem then I am dame sure that I would get placed in a decent company with a wholesome package. if u study at it then u don't need to worry about placements

Fees and Financial Aid

If u cant get around 20k rank in viteee, better get ready with 5 lakhs .vit provides up to 5 lakhs fees for students in BTech which is category 5. they also provide scholarships if u get a good rank in the exam.

Campus Life

As a fresher, I don't know much about it but I heard that it conducts many cultures. U can see many programs daily on campus. it also organizes river which is a big program in Tamilnadu. I'm looking forward to it.

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
