10+2 must be cleared and with that, The application form can be downloaded from its website as VIT conducts its entrance exam named VITEEE. The quality of education provided by VIT is awesome as the faculty does their best to make you understand the concept clearly. Also, assessment tests are done and assignments are given for practice. The basic availability for applying is 75% in 10+2(from any board). Also, you can check the fee details from its website www.vit.ac.in. There are no reservation benefits as the admission is purely based on your rank in the VITEEE entrance test.

I am very much fond of computers and I want to get a CSE branch but due to some reasons, I didn't get one. So, I chose for IT (information technology) as it is also a part of computers and I can achieve my dreams in its sector. Also, this college has a high rate of giving placements to use and its branch students, the faculty is very good and humble in nature and their teaching style is also very good. Total no. Of students in this college is nearly 10000 of which 2000 is of use and it only. Exams are not much difficult as questions are asked from the syllabus only.

There are very many companies which come to vit for internship offers. Some of the companies include google, amazon, TCS, Infosys, and many other companies. If you are selected for an internship then there are high chances that you will get the placement offer from that company itself. Also, you have to go through various pieces of training and have to make projects.

The students are eligible for placement in the third year itself(6 semesters) and also the companies come from abroad. College placement is the main site of attraction for students. But for getting a good placement or the best one has to maintain his/her percentage and should have knowledge in the field of coding. The highest placement this year has gone to 65 lakhs and the average placement is from 10-12 lakhs. Around 89% of students get their dream offer.

The scholarship is very good and provides very good placements in companies like Facebook, Tata, Infosys, Wipro, amazon, and many others. But according to my opinion, one should maintain his/her percentage (above 75%) for good placement opportunities.

The fests are conducted more obviously in September or October but were affected due to covid from the year (2020-21). The library is very big and has no. of books and also the library is equipped with air conditioners. And there is no disturbance in the library while studying. Lots of extracurricular activities are done in sports, academics, and arts. Sports clubs and also clubs related to coding are also available.
