Remarks

It was easy, everything was in online mode .no there was not any entrance exam. cut-offs were available on the site .one must be 12 pass out. I find the form on Delhi University's official site. yes one can totally enjoy reservation benefits

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite simple and easy to understand, and everything is mentioned clearly. The faculty members are amazing and totally helpful, I opted for this course as this will help me in my future job opportunity. there are 10 teachers with 60 students. most of the teachers graduated from Delhi University itself. and exams were easy.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 7053 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is nominal. One can afford the cost of the course easily. yes college provide scholarship too, but one need to fill out a different form for it .cost to study in shaheed Bhagat Singh is very nominal. yes, one can afford it.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is amazing. very helpful seniors, friendly nature everywhere there are a lot of societies in the college like dance, drama, music, art, singing debating and many more. the library is so amazing there are two floors and there are different sections for books, the daily newspaper is also available, magazines journal etc.

Students are eligible for placements in 3rd year as per the required eligibility of different placements units. Now there are some of the placement cells goig on inside the college. The placement cell is also active. The average placement of the college is 5 lakhs .

according to all the reviews i have read the placement ranges from 4-5 lcs per anumm to 24 lcs per anumm which is quite decent i think the students can become eligible for placements in 2nd year of college some companies that have visited the college : delloitte KPMG HDFC bank bajaj finance amazon genpact tata consulting services in 2024 around 300+ people were reported as placed highest packedge in 2024 - 12lkh per aummn

My overall experience in delhi university

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me, bachelor of Arts is a waste program, it doesn't prepare you for anything except government exams. It doesn't prepare you for real world applications unless you have other in demand skills. I think there's a lot of need to change the syllabus of bachelor of Arts and teachers should be supportive and qualified. In every 6 months there's semester exams and mostly they're quite difficult.

DU life is better than any other college life

Remarks:

Positive- Faculty is one of the best in among all colleges of Delhi University. It has the biggest infrastructure in Delhi university. Located in central Delhi which makes it easily accessible to reach Central park, red fort, and many more places in New Delhi. Negative- Annual fest is very poor in our college. Placements are not very good. Lack of sports facilities. Very strict rules and discipline.

My experience at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College so far !!

To get admission into any college of University of Delhi you need to appear in CUET ( Common University Entrance Exam ). Cutoffs vary from college to college depending on how many students apply for that college. I simply chose SBSC over other colleges i was eligible for because it was the best option i had and since i didn't want to go to a girls college so preferred SBSC over DRC and IP and also over ARSD, SGGSCC and all other colleges at this level. I also got admitted in christ Bangalore ( Central Campus ) and Narsee Monjee ( Mumbai Campus ). But these institutions didn't seem worth it and Delhi University in general has a better reputation....Read More
