Remarks

TO GET A SEAT WE NEED TO WRITE THE "SAEEE" EXAM AND WE NEED TO SCORE LESS THAN 11000 RANK THEN ONLY WE ARE ELIGIBLE TO GET A SEAT IN THE COLLEGE... THE APPLICATION FESS WILL BE 10000 AND THERE WILL BE NO RESERVATIONS INCLUDED IN THE COLLEGE IT IS EQUAL FOR ALL. THE STAFF SHOULD MAINTAIN THE RECORD AND DISPLAY IT TO THE OTHERS THEN OTHERS KNOW WHAT AND HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED IN THE ADMISSION

Course Curriculum Overview

I CHOSE THE COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING AT THE SATHYABAMA UNIVERSITY. THE COURSE IS FULL OF JOB OPPORTUNITIES AND A BETTER SCOPE WHEN COMPARED TO THE OTHER COURSES. THER WILL BE 1 TEACHER FOR EVERY 100 STUDENTS 1:100 RATIO. THE FACULTY IS GOOD. THE EXAMS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO PASS AND THEY WILL GIVE THE HARD QUESTION PAPER

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are really getting.. we need to pass all the exams to attempt the placements.. the companies like Infosys, TCS, etc arrive and the highest package is 52 LPA and the least is 4.5 LPA. The placement percentile is 93% and which is excellent...still, I have no plans

Fees and Financial Aid

THE COST OF THE STUDY FOR ENTIRE THE FOUR YEARS WILL BE 1500000 AND IT IS SOMEWHAT OF HIGH. THE COLLEGE PROVIDES US THE LESS OPPORTUNITY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP... LITERALLY, NO SCHOLARSHIP WILL BE GIVEN WE NEED TO GET ON OUR OWN AND WE NEED TO SEARCH OUTSIDE TO GET A SCHOLARSHIP... THE CAMPUS JOBS ARE EXCELLENT

Campus Life

THE FESTS WERE CONDUCTED RARELY. THEY CONDUCT THE FEST YEARLY ONCE IF NOT THEY DO NOT CONDUCT THAT ALSO. BUT IF THEY DO THEN THEY WILL DO IT IN AN GRAND MANNER... THE LIBRARY IS FULL OF BOOKS AND WITH A HIGH BROADBAND SPPED NET AND WITH FULL AC. THE CLASSROOMS LOOK NORMAL AND NO AC. THE SPORTS ARE CONDUCTED LESS. IT DEPENDS ON THE STUDENT'S INTERESTS...

Hostel Facilities

THE HOSTELS ARE NOT THAT GOOD... ONLY ONE FAN AND 5 MEMBERS PER ROOM AND WIFI SOMEWHERE SOMEWHERE WE WILL GET. THE MEALS ARE EXCELLENT AND THEY WILL PROVIDE DAILY NON-VEG WITH GOOD TASTE AND WITH HYGENIC. THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IS A VERY VERY TOUGH WASTE OF TIME WHILE REGISTERING. BETTER TO TAKE AN PG IN THE LOCALITY OF NAVALUR AND IN SHOLLINGANUR

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Overall Good

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every. One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Likes

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

This is the best college overall

I chose this college over others because it has a level of strictness which is good. If a college is not strict, then students will not feel the pressure to work hard. I didnot apply for any other college as this college was my first preference and as soon as I got here, I felt very happy. The admission process is quite easy. The form has to be filled and submitted with proofs to the administrator whoever is responsible for admissions. I came through management....Read More
