Remarks

VIT is one of the best college for engineering and helped me a lot in building brighter future. Prices of various things in the college should be reduced. Locality around the college needs improvement.

I have given VITEEE entrance exam and my rank was 40,000. According to my research, I found this college the best for B.tech in South.. Admission process was based through Online application form.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love Calculus, Thermodynamics and C++ in the course curriculum. More practical oriented subjects need to be taught.

Yes, Internship is provided here to selected students..Internships in more precious companies need to be provided.

Placement Experience

Yes, placements are provided here. The average package is Rs. 3-4 lac per annum. TCS, Wipro, Infosys and many more Companies visited for the campus placement.

Rivera, Sports events and many more are organised in the campus. Yeah, college fests are useful for developing management skills along with exposure towards extra curricular activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition fees is Rs. 2.5 lac per annum. Hostel fees is Rs. 60k per year and it's not affordable, fees is so expensive.

Hostel is average and mess food is good. Cleanliness of washrooms is needed and A/C rooms need to be increased.

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
