Remarks

It's a-ok ok college, needs improvement in various departments. The hostel needs major improvements. The placement ratio needs to be increased. Faculty members needed improvement. Everything is very expensive inside the college.

Entrance Preview

I have given the VITEEE entrance exam and my rank was around 40,000. I opted for VIT because of its past placement record and its goodwill. The admission process was based on an Online application form.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love DC machines, Power systems & electronics in the course curriculum. Some subjects should not be taught, they are just a time waste.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, an internship is provided here but only to high scoring students. Internships should be provided to more students.

Placement Experience

Yes, Placements are provided here. The average package is Rs. 4-5 lac per annum. TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and many more Companies visited for the campus placement.

College Events

Rivera, Workshops, Department fest, and many more events are organized on the campus. College fests are not helpful for anyone.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of the college depending on the rank of the entrance exam. I was paying around 4 lac per annum and it is slightly expensive.

I love the Atmosphere, Students, and Placements on the campus. Yes, Colleagues are resourceful.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is awful in terms of condition, cleanliness, washroom, and mess food. Due to this, I shifted to PG.

Sometimes Alumni meet takes place.

Exam Structure

Yes, exams held timely and got results on time. The difficulty level in internal exams is Moderate.

Sathyabama is value for money

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
