Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It was circuital which gives us many opportunities at the time of placements unlike non-circuital. 1:6 teacher-student ratio. Many teachers have completed their PhD and are into research. Some teachers are too knowledgeable. We have 2 cycle tests and an end sem with some assignments included. But it's easy to pass as it is relative grading is used for courses with students of more than 10.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

We have companies that come for placements for 4th year and give intern opportunities for 3rd year. We have to be good knowledge and what is possible internships mostly will be software-related and code companies don't give that much of intern opportunities.

Placement Experience

4.5

Students from 4th year are eligible for placements but 3rd years have interns Many companies visit us and approx 150+ and. the package range from 4-50LPA but don't be fooled by the package as many will have a base of approx 12-18L Most of the students get placed as long as they are willing to take any company but if you want to choose only higher packages it won't happen after March if you won't get placed by then.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are some scholarships provided and there is a good system of letting you know about them through the mail. Income-based fee remission through central and state government is provided. Every year there may be a few hikes in mess fees. But students joining at different years have different fee structures etc. There are no jobs present on campus.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

We have a room provided for 2 students and a cupboard, cot, table and chair for each. First-year is provided only 2 types of a mess - North Indian and South Indian. Others are provided with 4 types of mess. Each month we have to register for any mess and it's compulsory to choose a mess for being in the hostel. Mess quality is taken care of and if we don't like it we can give a complaint but it depends on the mess and taste of people from different regions. Menu - We have 2-3 times a week non-veg meals. Hostel cost -10k ,6k establishment fee per sem and 28k for mess per sem

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
