Remarks

The college was very good.Only drawback was that it has not a good placement.

Entrance Preview

I have not given any such exam for the admission in the college. it was purely on the basis of the 12th percentage. I have taken admission in Delhi university for my graduation studies.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

If i focus on the research course curriculum was designed duly as this course has got in political disputes so the curriculum was designed in rush and some of the subject was different from other institutes. But overall it was a good curriculum and was mainly focused on overall development of the students.

Internships Opportunities

No ,my college do'not provide internship. We have to do internships on our own. As my college do'not provide internship so there is no stipend for the students. It's student's wish whether they want to do internship or not from outside.

Placement Experience

2

There was no placement in the college. There was very few companies that too has come in the main campus as our college was out off campus there was little placements. So we have to face a lot of problems for the placement. Most of the students has not get placed in the companies.

College Events

4

There was various technical events.Technical events was organised by a particular department. in the technical fest various students form different college came to participate and win prizes. Culture feat was also organized and some of the celebrities also visit college to make it more enjoyable. Many other students from various colleges come to participate in the cultural events.Diwali fare and many other functions were also organised

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was feasible. actually i can say that it was lowest of all the colleges most of the student an pay the fees. There were also some of the scholarships for the students to manage their expenses. These scholarships were mainly based on the marks obtained by the students. As the fees was very low most of the students was able to pay the fees for the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college has various scholarships for the students. Students have to fulfill some of the eligibility for the scholarships like marks above 90 percent or some get scholarship if they are from backward categories or physically handicapped.

Campus Life

4.5

As the name "Saheed rajguru college of applied sciences for women "implies that it was a girls college so there is no way to talk about the gender ratio in the college. There was so many extracurricular activities were organised for the students to see there hidden talent. There were cultural programs, annual sports meet, annual alumni meet and many other activities were organised in the college,.

Hostel Facilities

2

The hostel was good .They have a good rooms for the students. hostel has a good security for the students. Students have to be present during the attendance in the hostel. The rules of the hostel were strict for the students. They can't go outside the hostel after a certain time. The food of the hostel was also healthy.

Alumni/Alumna

Most of the alumni was doing higher studies in their respective field. Some of them was also placed just after the college days. They were very supportive to the students and helped juniors to know their course well and good.

Exam Structure

The exam was conducted frequently.Labs was also conducted on a regular basis. These were hectic days during college. Teachers also give a lot of work to do at home . They also conduct regular test to check the students performance in their respective subject.Labs were too long for the students .

Admission

I got admission according to my 12th percentage. Cut-off was released by Delhi university to take admission in the colleges according to your interested field and cutoff. cutoff was released in June then admission process started and i got admission according to that cutoff

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college was really knowledgeable and good. They have a good grip of the subject and have taught nicely to the students.teachers has taken class regularly and have completed their course within time. They also have conducted various workshops to understand current status of the subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Life science includes zoology botany and chemistry considering this combo I think the study material is quite okay in terms of topics chemistry connects school teaching with one step ahead learning . Zoology provides new insights on various topics . Botany covers deeper understanding of syllabus . So overall it's good . Hands on lab work meets the demand of the subject . Also the topics taught match with the type of questions asked in exam. Difficulty level i would say it's moderate for botany and zoology but for chemistry is quite tough. Time management is a much needed skill for examination purpose. For course curriculum i would say more focus on current situation should be laid rather than history .

Various companies offer multiple roles for placements on our campus like Nation With NaMo, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture etc. and the no. of offers made usually varies between 250-400 depending on the batch. The average package is around 6.5-7 LPA and the highest usually varies from 13-15 LPA L. Usually 50 percent of the students get placed directly from campus and rest usually pursue some other academic programs or even off campus placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Remarks:

Good Remark: The college environment made it possible for me to have great friends and be the person who I have become. The teachers and facilities of well-equipped labs, guest lectures, events, library, etc. made it possible for us to have a great campus life. Bad Remark: The college management needs to update the library norms that they have (which made it difficult for us to have books for the weekend to study) and also need to provide students with better placement opportunities from the same field as the specializations.
