Likes

I liked the faculty who was highly Qualified and well experienced.
Second thing i liked in the college was library and i think i spent my last semester more in library than the classes.
Third thing i really liked to play with my department team.

Dislikes

The college infrastructure is okay but not as good as other du colleges.
The second thing I not liked the canteen. Otherwise college was the best.

Faculty Members are very good. For those who really want to study seriously for them, it is very good. The faculty Members are very cooperative. Most of the teachers are highly Qualified and experienced. Their Methods of teaching are too good.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 9565 per year

Placement Experience

Maybe in 5th semester, college students are eligible for campus placements. Every year many reputed companies like EY GDS Assurance, Concentrix Daksh, Wipro, LIaBSYS, and many others come to the college for placement drives.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees structure is too low as compared to other colleges in Delhi University and other private Universities and those who are good in studies, can apply for your scholarship as the college provides Scholarships for those who got good marks in their exams. The annual fee was less than 10K.

Campus Life

College Fest :- Leothrixx. The library is the best place in the college and is pretty big, you can borrow books with the help of your college's identity card. You can play various sports like Cricket, football, kabaddi, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton and many indoor games like Table tennis Chess Carrom, etc.

Admission

The admission process is too easy but when I got admission to this college then admission took place based on Merit. But now CUET is mandatory for admissions and the admission process is too easy just go to the college with your original documents and 1 photocopy of the documents.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Some knowledge some confusion

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.

College life in Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), DU

This college was no.1 in my CUET preference list. I did few other courses for safer side but this course as well college was my top choice as it covers a lot of areas which are taught in MBBS and is quite interesting. Delhi University has 3 colleges for Biomedical Sciences, in which ANDC is the top college in terms of ranking that's why out of all three colleges this was my first choice. A few other options that I kept for me was microbiology, biochemistry in colleges such as Gargi and Deshbandhu. The college accepts your scores from CUET in subjects biology, chemistry and physics. The acceptance is done on the basis of your scores as well as your preference list. As this college was first on my preference list, I didn't get to face any rejection. The cutoffs for my admission year of 2024 was around 425+ for general category....Read More
